Menorca is a small, attractive, modern complex ideally situated for a wonderful holiday. Near 'The Arenal' with the sea a short walk away and sandy beaches close by, it's a perfect base to relax or explore the many attractions in the surrounding areas.

The apartment on offer is a high quality ground floor duplex, and is furnished to a very high standard. The accommodation comprises of the entrance hallway leading to a spacious lounge /dining area, with patio doors opening onto a private terrace with patio furniture, a great fully fitted kitchen and a shower room/WC. The staircase from the hall leads up to 3 bedrooms, the master with a double bed has an en suite facility and a beautiful view of the pool to waken up to, another 2 twin bedded rooms and a further bathroom.

The complex has it's own communal pool, adjacent to the apartment, beautiful gardens and a children's play area for the sole use of the residents and holiday guests. The apartment also has secure underground parking

Home from Home: We really want you to have a great holiday, and have gone to great lengths to ensure that the apartment is very well equipped with all the little things that make a holiday a lot more relaxing. There's an iron, bath robes and each bedroom has a good hairdryer. Towels, beach towels and linen can be provided for a very small cost and lots of other little essentials are provided.....we're sure you'll love the apartment.

LARGE PARTIES - If you need accommodation for more than 6 we can arrange for the apartment next door to ours to be used.....availability permitting. It also sleeps 6 and more details can be given on request. We can also arrange for rental of a smaller apartment - sleeping 4.

About Cathy Kirk

Hello... we live and work in Edinburgh, Scotland. Douglas has his own Electrical Contactors business and I work in Commercial Radio. We love Javea and all it has to offer. The climate is great and there's plenty to do no matter what you enjoy. Valencia is an hour up the road and we love visiting there for the culture and shopping...of course! We hope you will love the area as much as we do.

We have travelled to Javea from all parts of Spain, flying into different airports and driving to the apartment. So far we have seen Seville, Granada, Bilbao, San Sebastian, Zaragoza, Madrid and Toledo. We find this is a great way to see the country, but still get to spend time in Javea and enjoy the apartment.

A lot of attention to detail has gone into making the apartment stand out with lots of little touches that make it special.

It is modern, clean, very well looked after and well stocked - making it a very enjoyable relaxing holiday. Kerry - the lady that looks after our apartment lives 2 doors away and is always on hand to help or offer advice if needed. Kerry has been living in the complex for a number of years and knows much about the area.

We have many repeat bookings with some of our guests returning each year.

Linen & towels are provided. Beach towels can be provided for an additional cost of £5 per person. To enable our clients to take full advantage of the cheaper midweek flights we can be flexible with the changeover day. There are 2 sun loungers for the garden. The apartment has full air conditioning.

Un séjour très agréable dans un appartement parfait

15 jours vraiment super à Javea dans cet appartement vraiment parfait où il ne manque rien. Tout est très propre et le fait d'être en rez-de-chaussée est très agréable. En plus la piscine est vraiment située juste en face de l'appartement. Cela fait 2 fois que nous louons, peut être reviendrons nous encore une 3ème fois, sait-on jamais....

Home from Home (but with sun!)

This is a great apartment equipped with everything you need for a great relaxing holiday. You can arrive, unpack and get the holiday started. The pool is great and very quiet if you don't want to stray far but there is a wonderful beach very near too. Plenty of supermarkets to choose from and the local market on Thursdays is great for fresh produce. The Arenal at night is relaxed and balmy with plenty of bars and restaurants for all tastes. A great place to sit with a wee wine and people watch or to stroll along to walk off a great meal. We will be back this year for the third time........Cannae wait! Bob & Val, Edinburgh

Our second year in Menorca apartments

A well equipped and luxurious two story apartment located adjacent to the pool. Everything you need and aircon is a big bonus when nights are hot. Plenty of supermarkets close by and a short walk to the beaches and arenal night life. There are many English families who are regulars there which creates a great family gathering - but also very respectful and quiet . Can't wait to go again next year ! Cathy is very accommodating !

Lovely apartment

Very nice apartment, done out with everything you could want. Pool right out side the door never to many people in it. Bit of a walk to beach each day, but well worth ..Took a trip to Denia on ferry from port good day out. Also bus to beach and Port not far from apartments. Mixed age group

What a fabulous holiday!

This was our first visit to Javea - the appartment was wonderful, so well equipped and beautifully furnished. The pool is just a few steps away surrounded by well manicured lawns. We were on holiday with our teenage daughters and loved it so much we intend to return in 2012. The appartment, location and facilities were faultless.....and the sun was glorious!

Wish we were here

We have now visited the apartment on numerous occasions and love it. We have been as a family of four, with grandparents in tow and with friends. Javea has something for everyone, old town, beach and marina and a day trip to Valencia is easily done.

The apartment couldn't be more homely and has everything you could need. Highly recommended!

Javea. The Javea area of the Costa Blanca is best known for it's unspoiled beauty and it's excellent 'Blue Flag' beaches. Javea itself is split into 3 main areas. 'The Arenal' which is nearby, offers beautiful sandy beaches, a promenade of shops, bars and restaurants and plenty of activities for children in the summer. Javea port is a traditional fishing port with a large marina, clean pebble beaches, intimate cobbled streets and a fine array of restaurants and bars. The traditional 'Historic Town' has white house fronts, narrow cobbled streets and is a typical Spanish town, relatively unspoilt, with a quiet and relaxing ambience, many tapas bars and a weekly market.

For a spot of retail therapy all 3 areas have a good selection of shops.

The spectacular Fiestas in Javea begin in June and continue throughout the summer months.
