About this property

Charming “Old Florida Style” home just steps to private beach access to the Gulf of Mexico off West Gulf Drive. Lovingly maintained family home offers an open living floor plan and overlooks tropical vegetation. Sought after community offering clubhouse, pool, tennis and beach access.

This home accommodates 6 guests, three bedrooms and two full baths. Kitchen, dinning, living and rap-around decks offer ample room for enjoying family gatherings. Due to nieghhood rules, this rental is only available on a monthly (28 day minimum) basis. Weekly cleaning service is available at $240/week. Three bikes are available for guest use in the storage room, and laundry facilities located on main floor. A short walk to the community pool, two tennis courts and club house facilities, and access to the beach via a private path across West Gulf Drive. Under permission of the homeowner, a small well behaved dog with responsible caregivers is permitted.

My parents were long-time snow bird residents of Sanibel and now the next generation is carrying on the tradition of Sanibel gatherings, beach shelling, tennis, biking and boating all while enjoying the natural beauty of Sanibel.
