Beautiful 4 **** holiday home located in the lovely & chic residential area of 'Le Rosais' in the old Saint Servan district of Saint Malo town. Nice views of the Sea and the town of Dinard just across the bay. Ground floor & 1st floor totalling 140 m2 with front & back garden totalling 340 m2. Sunny, South West facing. Double living/dining room with separate kitchen, 3 double en-suite bedrooms including 2 with WCs, 2 of the bedrooms have double beds, including 1 queensize 160 cm and 1 kingsize 180 cm and a third bedroom has 2 twin 90 cm beds plus baby cot. 2 separate WCs also. Very comfortable, the house was completly renovated to a high standard recently. Price includes water, hot water, electricity, heating, Internet & quality bed & house linen. Details of wood supply for the wood burner available on request. An optional cleaning on departure service is also available for an additional fee of 60 euros. Our home is also available for mid-week and weekend rental (minimum 2 days), preferably outside of French school holidays.
Cute beach at the bottom of our road, just a few meters away. 10 minute walk or very short drive to the heart of the charming, old but vibrant town centre of the Saint Servan district in Saint Malo and ideally situated for visiting the legendary old walled town of Saint Malo, Dinard city and their stunning surroundings, Cancale, Mont Saint Michel, Dinan, Rennes and more. French & English TV channels, baby equipment & toys & books for children. Outdoor dining & garden furniture. Broadband Internet and free Telephone for calls to standard landline telephone numbers across France included in package, possibly international too, owner needs to check. Access to basement for utility room facility (ironing, washing machine & dryer).

Finally, we add that in our opinion and personal experience in terms of living comfort, this home is perfect for one or two couples or for six adults used to each other's company. Ideal for families with a maximum capacity of six people including children. Note: our house is built on a hill, see photos, the steps leading up to our garden may therefore not be ideal for babies & the elderly although we have always managed with our children. A little bit of a challenge for strollers and bikes but feasible. Please also note, parking is in the street. It is a residential area and free. It is possible to park in the area in front of our house to drop of passengers, luggage and shopping, and then find a parking space in the little street and car park next to the house. We do not have private parking due to the nature of the hill-side contructions.
