You will have a direct access to the beach from the gardens and the pools. It is a few meters away from harbour of La Duquesa with its bars, restaurants, and supermarkets... Why Anne-Catherine Michotte chose Manilva area

We felt in love with the harbour’s charm of La Duquesa. Its walks along the sea or towards the Castillo are calm us down. If we want a little of hustle and bustle, we take the car and 10 km further, in Estepona, we find a Spanish ambiance with its restaurants, its taperies and its places to dance. In addition, the best is that we are located less than 1 hour away from Tarifa and its idyllic beaches, famous in the entire surfing world.

What makes this apartment unique

It is a perfect place to spend time with your couple, family or with friends. Everyone can enjoy. Our apartment has been decorated in order to give a quiet and casual ambiance. It is fully equipped. The location of our apartment complex is perfect: in front of the sea (just outside of the apartment building and then you are on the sandy beach), close to the harbour (50 m away) with its restaurants, its bars, and so on. You can find a bakery, a butcher shop, and a small shop.

Ideal apartment for a relaxing holiday in the sun.

The apartment is in a complex which is beautifully maintained and safe.We found the beds very comfortable and the aparttment contains everything you need.

There are many interesting places to eat in the Port area. Our favoutite was Los Gaviotas chirangito which serves lots of lovely sea food.

Being so close to the sea was great and we could hear it at night.

We have just a few niggles----the pillows were very hard ,and we would have rather had two softer ones per person.

It is also good to know that Zapinvest does not open on Saturday or Sunday and that the television is only in Spanish or Portuguese.

Perfect location and Apartment

Lovely property, well maintained and clearly loved by the owners. Spacious, brilliant location and well looked after property. Lots of equipment in kitchen for cooking, spacious kitchen, fridgefreezer, all good. Comfortable beds and room for clothes in wardrobes. We would definitely come back to this lovely apartment.

Très bon séjour dans un appartement tout confort

Avant toute chose, nous tenions à remercier la propriétaire pour la rapidité de ses réponses et la qualité de celles-ci. Sur place, l'appartement est géré par une agence immobilière ce qui laisse une latitude pour l'heure d'arrivée et celle du départ (coffre fort pour retirer et déposer les clés).

L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé (avec notamment des serviettes de bains et le linge de maison).

La situation est idéale pour un séjour avec des enfants : piscine sécurisée (avec maître nageur) et accès direct à la plage. Le parking sécurisé en sous sol est un avantage non négligeable. La résidence est très bien entretenue.

Le lieu est très animé pour ceux qui sauront apprécier. Pour un peu plus de calme, le village de Manilva comporte quelques bars sympathiques. Nous conseillons également la plage de la Cala sardina (à 10 minutes).

En résumé, cet appartement est en tout point conforme à l'annonce. Naturellement, nous vous invitons à choisir cette location pour des vacances sereines (et ensoleillées).

Très bon séjour

Appartement très confortable et aménagé avec goût, bien entretenu et très propre avec équipement complet (cuisine, linge, literie...) dans une résidence soignée (jardin, piscines, solariums...) au bord de la mer et à deux pas du centre et d'un joli port de plaisance avec de nombreux restaurants sympathiques. Nous y avons effectué de très belles promenades à pieds. Nous avons découvert les villages blancs, Ronda et le charme de Marbella ainsi que Gibraltar. Cerise sur le gâteau: alors que le temps était maussade en Belgique, pour nous c'était encore le "plein été" avec seulement 1/2 jour de nuages sur les 11 jours de séjour et une température avoisinant les 25 ° .

C'est certain, nous y retournons cette année et avons réservé à nouveau du 11 au 21 octobre ce très bel appartement lumineux et dont nous avons bien profité de la grande terrasse même tard en soirée. La description de la situation était conforme à la réalité et cet appartement est vraiment à conseiller.
