In this stunning marina, you will feel very quickly on holiday: a glass of sangria outside, view of the marina, promenades after a nice sunny day... what more can you ask for? The region of Andalusia is packed with abundant sites to visit. For those who love surfing, the apartment is located 30 minutes away from Tarifa. The residential apartment complex, 24/7 secure with guard at the entryway, has 4 wonderful swimming pools, 2 paddle runs (very common sport in Spain combining the skills of squash and tennis rules, outside), an underground shared car park, a library with free Wifi access and a gym open every day with free access. The building is located in an apartment building with direct beach access from the shared gardens, a stone's throw from Duquesa harbour and all the convenience such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants...

Lovely apartment and location.

The apartment suited our family of 5 very well. We had a lovely balcony overlooking one of the 4 pools. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room which had a washing machine which was very useful. The 2 bedrooms,sofa bed in the lounge and 2 bathrooms worked well for our family.

The complex is well maintained and is easy to get around. We tried all of the pools and were very surprised that we could easily get sunbeds even at 11am. We got the impression from our 12 night stay that most people stay up late and don't get to the pool until nearly midday.

Manilva has lots of restaurants to walk to and a long shingle beach. The area is beautiful, we enjoyed exploring and had some lovely photos of Duquesa port and the surrounding areas.My daughter's loved the little stalls in the evenings.

We took day trips to Malaga and Gibraltar which are worth doing and used a company called Happy Transfers to drop off and collect us at the times we wanted as we didn't hire a car. We also used them for our airport transfers from Gibraltar and would highly recommend them as they were very efficient.

I would certainly return to this apartment and area. We had a great stay. I had previously emailed the owner and Duquesa Estates who manage the apartment and both always responded quickly to my messages with any queries that I had.

We had a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend this apartment, I am already missing the hot weather!

Petit paradis

Super endroit juste à côté de la plage. Appartement super bien rénové et très propre. Une petite terrasse équipée d'une plancha pour les petites soirées.

3 piscines dont une qui est salée! J'ai adoré mon séjour là-bas, de vraies vacances!!

Les endroits conseillés étaient vraiment top!

Apartamento y localización ideal.

Han sido unos días estupendos, el apartamento está perfectamente equipado, las piscinas y las instalaciones son ideales para ir en familia. La playa está justo en frente.

Ningún problema en la llegada y la salida, la gestión, a través de una inmobiliaria ha sido correcta.

Super lieux et calme

Super appartement suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes même plus, les 3 piscines au rez-de-chausée à disposition (dont une à l'iode).

Grande terrasse pour manger avec une plancha au gaz disponible.

Mer à 2 min de l'appartement avec douche pour se rincer a la sortie de l'eau.

Vivement conseillé on reviendra !
