Phoebe's Place 2 was constructed in March 2018, and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fenced-in back yard, large patio and a large front porch. The Kitchen is fully-equipped with cookware, utensils, blender, hand mixer, toaster, stainless steel microwave, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. 1 King and 2 Queen Bedrooms are all on one level with 2 bathrooms, kitchen / living room, and laundry room. Extra wide drive gives you off street private parking. This cottage is just 5 blocks walk to Historic Downtown Palafox Street and countless fantastic restaurants. It's close to the Wahoo's baseball stadium, and just 8 miles to Pensacola Beach!

Location, location, location

Great food and great coffee one block away. Walking distance to the historic district as well as downtown. Not only will we visit Pensacola again, we will be staying here again.

Fantastic Stay

Well appointed and very clean property in a great location. Only downsides were the large wall directly across the street, and a somewhat finicky home alarm system that made for a memorable check in. Good communications from the owner all around, though. Would stay here again.

Great weekend girls trip

The cottage was in a perfect location to downtown Pensacola. Located central to shops but far enough away to be quite. The neighborhood felt safe. The cottage was clean and as described.

Remodeled home. Very very clean! If you forgot something the owner certainly has taken care of everything! Near the downtown and other restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

I am from Nashville Tennessee and I had a vrbo listing in Nashville and decided I wanted to do one in an area that I could come and enjoy a vacation myself so I chose Pensacola. Pensacola reminds me a lot of Nashville and you get the benefit of having a beach nearby. I love Pensacola and I wanted to share my home so that people could experience Pensacola in a home that was given a lot of tlc and attention to comfort.

Why they chose this property

This property is located in the hip up and coming downtown area of Pensacola which has a vibe similar to my home town of Nashville Tennessee. What I really love is the close proximity to the downtown restaurants and being 8 miles from Pensacola Beach. You can enjoy dinner at the Bay and daytime fun in the sun at the beach.
