In an wonderful walled garden with trees that spans 2000 sq.m with a car park that is not overlooked.

The 110-sq.m rental features:

five ground-floor rooms including a kitchen, a lounge, three bedrooms, a comprehensive bathroom (dryer), a shower room, a washbasin, and separate WC.

The kitchen boasts a microwave, a new dishwasher, an oven, a new, 4-ring, halogen electric stove, an extractor hood, a new fridge-freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, etc.

The lounge has tables, chairs, a double sofa bed, armchairs, a coffee table, a large, flat screen TV, reverse cycle air con, etc.

The three bedrooms house three double beds (160 x 200 cm) and two 80 x 200-cm beds. Each has their own shelves and wardrobe.

Outside:

There is a 1500-sq.m garden with trees, a table tennis table around the heated pool (8 x 4 m) from April through to October on a large terrace, an electric shutter, a covered summer kitchen, garden furniture, tables, chairs, and many deck chairs for sunbathing.

We can provide baby essentials including a sturdy bed with an extremely good mattress and a high chair.

gut, Angaben waren eigentlich korret. Wohnung sauber, etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Sommerküche).

Wann ist ein Haus ein Haus ?

In der Beschreibung steht nirgens, dass wir nur die untere Etage des Hauses benutzen können. Ja, wir hatten den Rest (Garten und Schwimmbad) für uns alleine. Wenn irgendwo darauf hingewiesen worden wäre, hätten wir das "Haus" nicht berücksichtigt.

In der Beschreibung steht da Villa haben wir gewisse Vorstellungen.

Wir hatten aber schöne Ferien und die "Unterkunft" war auch OK.

Ich würde das Domizil mit gewissen Hinweisen auch weiterempfehlen.

Die Küche war sehr klein.

Nur eine Toilette.

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre magnifique et super bien entretenu.

Villa très fonctionnelle et très propre avec une literie très confortable.

Avantage de cette villa, proche des commerces, du port et de la plage (10 mn).

Nous avons apprécié la piscine chauffée.

Conclusion : vacances très réussies.

TRES BON SEJOUR

Tout était conforme à la description, l'accueil très chaleureux et présent si besoin.La propriété est bien entretenue : un vrai havre de paix.

Nous avons profité d'une piscine à 30° et à l'abri des regards et du vent !!

Par contre à flan de colline donc ça grimpe, nous avons pris la voiture pour aller à la mer(plage de Bonporteau)

et le point négatif il manque un toilette !!!

Sinon je recommande cette villa sans souci..merci encore à Évelyne pour tout

Wunderschönes Landhaus mit allem Komfort

Lage, Haus, Garten, Pool, Außenbereich wunderschön. Alle Räumlichkeiten nett und ausreichend ausgestattet. Leider nur 1 Toilette. Bäder neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider war die Außenküche nicht einsatzbereit.

Minuspunkt: die Sauberkeit in der Küche war bei Ankunft unzureichend. Teller und Schüssel dreckig im Schrank.

Insgesamt aber TOP Haus in TOP Lage

Alle Prospektangaben sind richtig und zutreffend. Der swimming pool: Angenehm und gut beheizt. Das Haus und Garten: Sauber und solide ausgestattet. Betreuung bei An- und Abreise: Tadellos und zuverlässig.

Ausserfranzösisches TV wie im Prospekt hingewiesen: Nur über Laptop/HDMI.

Internetempfang einwandfrei.

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Toutes les informations de prospect sont complete et correcte. La piscine: Propre, agreable et bien chauffee (octobre). La maison et le jardin: Propre et solide equipee.
