- This house is NOT a 'party house'. The property is cared for and maintained for premium guests.

⭐ INTERIOR
- MAIN LIVING ROOM: Once you've walked in through the custom-made gate, and through the custom-carved wood front doors, as you look through the MAIN LIVING ROOM windows you will be greeted with a sense of openness and the phenomenal views of the desert surroundings along with the private pool, hot tub, & water feature in the backyard.
This room is fabulous for entertaining or to cuddle up in front of the fireplace and relax.

- UPSTAIRS FAMILY ROOM: Go up the custom-made stairs and you will find yourself in the UPSTAIRS FAMILY ROOM/DEN which has its own wet bar, bathroom, and access to the upstairs patio, with breath-taking views.

- UPSTAIRS OUTSIDE PATIO: While upstairs, grab a cocktail and go outside to the UPSTAIRS OUTSIDE PATIO area to enjoy the mountain and private desert views from this fabulous space - it is SO relaxing & the views SO gorgeous....you will not want to go back inside the house. This area also has a gas fireplace.

- KITCHEN: The well-equipped/supplied Gourmet KITCHEN, with granite countertops, SubZero fridge/freezer & a Viking gas stove/oven, opens up to a Dining Area/Hang-Out Area that is perfect for casual entertaining for friends/family.
- Kitchen also has bar seating with 4 bar stools.

This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook great meals!

- LAUNDRY ROOM: The LAUNDRY ROOM has a full-size washer and dryer, a countertop for folding clothes + an additional SubZero fridge/freezer, perfect for the 'overflow' bevs/food. Laundry Soup, Fabric Softer and Steam Iron/ Ironing Board.

- En Suite: The bathroom is very roomy with 2 separate vanity countertop areas, a walk-in shower and a soaking tub.

- SOFA BED in OFFICE:
- The office area is great for working in and has a sofa pull-out w/ a single mattress. (for 1 adult or 2 kids).
- There is a door with access to your private sitting area.
- Directly connected to the office is a bathroom w/ a vanity, walk-in shower.

- SOFA BED in UPSTAIRS FAMILY ROOM:
- Sofa pull-out w/ a Queen mattress.
- Upstairs bathroom has a sink/toilet.

- POOL/HOT TUB: The private pool/hot tub-spa patio area offers TOTAL privacy for relaxing or entertaining.
- Note: HOT TUB can be heated and is included in rental fee.
- Heating Pool is a separate fee. (Pool DOES NOT need to be heated during summer months, May-Sept)
- 4 reclining chaise lounges
- Pool towels are provided
- Plenty of shade to stay out of the sun as well

- PATIO: The patio has a dining table to hang out and enjoy the outdoors and in the cooler months, if it is a bit chilly, turn on the ga fireplace and enjoy the cool desert air.
- GRILL: Beef Eater 5 Burner Grill

- FIREPIT: There is a natural-gas fire- pit that is fantastic for gathering around, sharing stories and enjoying the desert night.

- GOLF CART: The use of the golf cart IS INCLUDED in the rental.
- The BOULDERS: The Award-Winning Boulders Golf Courses 🏌️ & Spa ARE FABULOUS! Make sure to call these places directly & in advance for reservations - the courses/services are VERY busy. Btw, The Boulders Spa is an amazing space to escape for the day.
NOTE: Access to the Boulders' amenities IS NOT INCLUDED in the rental. All use of the Boulders' facilities are direct pay and can be directly reserved via the Boulders Resort.

- PRIVATE CHEF: Special Occasion Dinner? Box Lunches After Golf/ Tennis/ Hiking? Girls Weekend? Just-For-Fun? Chef Jen, OUR EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE CHEF for this property, on a private pay basis, is ready to prepare an absolutely astounding private/custom creation for you!

- PRIVATE MASSAGE THERAPIST: Treat yourselves to a wonderfully relaxing private massage at the house. Our EXCLUSIVE MASSAGE THERAPIST, on a private pay basis, will bring her table to the house to help ease your muscle aches & reduce your stress with her phenomenal touch using Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, MyoTherapy, & Swedish massage.

- BLUE-TOOTH SPEAKER -> Bring-Your-Own-Bluetooth Speaker...We do not provide Bluetooth speakers at the house.
