Historical and contemporary apartment with 3 bedrooms

This lovely 110 sq.m apartment is located in the historical city-centre of Beaune. It is very quiet and has a luminous setting opening onto an inner courtyard.

Only a 3 minute walk to the ´Dieu´ Hotel and from the ´Hospices de Beaune.´

It is a 10 minute walk from railway station, pool, cinema, all museums and performances halls, very close to shops, Carnot Plaza, and Alsace Street.

You will find a period staircase in the courtyard that will lead you into the apartment.

On the first floor is a fully-fitted open-plan kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, 5 burners, pyrolysis oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-maker, toaster, etc.)

There is a 40 sq.m living-room with French ceiling; you can have up to 8 people for dinner.

There is a sofa bed for two people.

On the same floor are a private toilet and a study with its dressing in which you will find information on the tourist activities in Beaune and its region.

Upstairs, you will find a first 18 sq.m bedroom with a double-bed and an adjoined dressing,

1 bathroom with bathtub and shower, 2 bowl sinks, a hair dryer, separate toilets, a laundry-room with washing-machine, a dryer, an iron, and an ironing board.

You will also find a period staircase with a half-timbered wall leading to a second bedroom with a double-bed, and a third with bunk beds.

If you are visiting with your family, a nice baby equipment set is at your disposal (cot, changing table, pushchair, double pushchair, baby carrier, high chair, etc).

Cleaning, charges, and visitor taxes are included.

We decided to move a few houses away when the youngest was born.

Great location in central Beaune, easy access to all the sites

We had a great experience staying in this lovely apartment in Beaune! What a neat old half-timber building, but fully remodeled with modern conveniences. It was great to have access to a washer and dryer, as well as three comfortable beds (though as others have mentioned, there are quite a few stairs in the building that require you to be of an active disposition). Sacha was awesome to communicate with--proactive and genteel, and we would happily stay here again.

Perfect Location, Great Host, Wonderful stay

This apartment was in the center of Beaune, we had access to private parking garage close by to keep our car. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen easy to use and the host took care to leave us some coffee, juice and milk for breakfast, perfect to get us started after arriving from a long day of travel! The apartment was clean, well lite and quiet at night. We loved this place and I would definitely come back - there is so much to explore by foot from this place.

Wonderful Stay in Beaune!

We just returned from our trip to Beaune and our wonderful stay in this fabulous, centrally located apartment. We had five in our group with two elderly and one toddler. The apartment had plenty of space for us all and the stairs were not a problem either. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Sacha and Marie were very hospitable and considerate-- even stocking the fridge with milk and juice for us!

The apartment is well located, within a 15 minute walk of the train station and steps away from the pedestrian-only city center. Many great restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The best was the bakery directly across the street from the apartment where we purchased our still-warm croissants every morning for breakfast! We would definitely recommend this great apartment!
