From Málaga Airport can be reached within half an hour the small complex Cumbres del Golf. You have your own parking space. The lift takes you from the parking garage to the comfortable, bright and, for Andalucian concepts, cool 3-room apartment on the 1st floor. The apartment is about 3 km as the crow flies from the sea.

The apartment is located in one of the six blocks of the Cumbres del Golf 'with 14 apartments each. The complex features two saltwater swimming pools with lawn, a playground and a mini-tennis court and a stone's throw from the 18 hole golf course Añoreta Golf, designed by José María Cañizares. Other golf courses are in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is located in a quiet, relatively new neighborhood (Añoreta) with hills in the back gardens at the front (ground floor) and from the large balcony terrace (20m2) has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean. The apartment is oriented to the south-east.

The apartment has two 2 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, utility room, large balcony terrace, private parking and is equipped with many amenities, including WiFi, TV (Spanish channels), radio and DVD player.

The apartment is a great base to explore the area and picturesque villages (o. A. visit Frigiliana, Benagalbón, Nerja caves) and cities like Granada, Córdoba and Málaga. As offers Malaga - the birthplace of Picasso - the Picasso Museum, Thyssen Museum, the cathedral, the Moorish fortress and completely renovated, modern boulevard. Malaga has a friendly, car-free center with plenty of nightlife. Once in Málaga, the clock is ticking unnoticed more ... For ski lovers: Sierra Nevada is about 150 kilometers! A car is essential for bridging the distance to o a.. The nearest supermarket and catering facility.

10 minutes by car from the apartment is the boulevard of Rincón de la Victoria. The boulevard adjacent to the wide sandy beach and there are many attractions located priced restaurants.

Characteristic of the area is that it has kept throughout the years its original character. This is illustrated in that regard which are located on the north side of the coastal road regularly 'huertos' (large vegetable gardens) between the cultivated plots. The area east of Malaga is therefore managed to curb the "selling of the sun to tourists.

Très bon séjour

Appartement bien équipé et bien situé à proximité des plages, commerces et restaurants. Centre commercial à 10 minutes en voiture. L'appartement est très bien équipé, spacieux et propre. La résidence à une piscine juste à côté de l'appartement très appréciable. La seule chose négative serait peut être la terrasse entièrement à l'ombre. Sinon tout est parfait surtout les informations données par le propriétaire. Il ne manque rien. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

Warme wintermaand

In februari 2016 hebben we drie weken gelogeerd in het appartement van Guido en Angeles van Hooff in Rincon de la Victoria, een stadje een klein half uurtje rijden van het vliegveld van Málaga.

Dat is ons uitstekend bevallen!

Het appartement heeft een groot balkon met zitje en eettafel, waar je ’s morgens heerlijk kunt ontbijten in het zonnetje. (Onze gastvrouw en –heer waren zo vriendelijk om voor mooi weer te zorgen.)

Verder is het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. In de zitkamer een bankstel en eettafel, gratis TV en Wifi. Een complete keuken annex bijkeuken. Daarnaast beschikt het onderkomen over twee tweepersoons slaapkamers en wat erg prettig is als je er met meerderen verblijft, ook over twee badkamers met toilet.

Wat wij bovendien als heel comfortabel hebben ervaren, was de ondergrondse garage met eigen parkeerplek en lift, dus niet veel gesjouw met boodschappen e.d.

Kortom een heerlijk oord om te vertoeven. Zo prettig, dat wij al weer een optie hebben genomen voor vier weken in het begin van volgend jaar.

El apartamento es como su descripción indica, bonito, completísimo,.... no se echa en falta nada, y todo muy limpio y ordenado,... su terraza y piscina son perfectas,... desde el primer momento hemos estado como en casa y esto es muy difícil de conseguir. Los propietarios muy amables y toda la información que nos han proporcionado nos ha sido muy válida y de gran ayuda. TOTALMENTE RECOMENDABLE. Si volvemos a Rincón repetimos seguro.

fijne uitvalsbasis

Het was weer fijn om terug te keren in jullie ruime en schone appartement in Rincon! Inmiddels dus bekend terrein voor ons, maar iedere keer weer genoeg om te ontdekken in de omgeving. Aan de rustige stranden bij bijv. Benajarafe met de leuke strandtentjes om de lunch te gebruiken. Temperaturen in okt en nov. van zo'n 25 gr.. De auto te parkeren tot op het strand! Dáár kan het nog ! Maar ook de gezellige boulevard in Rincon: nog authentiek en niet te vergelijken met de boulevards ten westen van Malaga.

Het was weer wennen in Nederland....

Appartamento decisamente confortevole, adatto a rendere il soggiorno in Andalusia indimenticabile! Dotato di ogni confort e anche di qualcosa in più, ci si sente decisamente a casa propria! Pulitissimo e perfetto in tutto. Il proprietario è gentilissimo, disponibile e organizzato in tutto con la massima efficienza, dalla consegna delle chiavi al materiale informativo presente nell'appartamento, dagli accessori della cucina alla comodità della terrazza e della piscina! Facilmente raggiungibili le spiagge della costa così come i supermercati, il centro di Rincon de La Victoria, i centri commerciali. Ottima base per la visita delle città di Cordoba e Granada. In 15 minuti si raggiunge il centro di Malaga. Davvero consigliabile per un soggiorno meraviglioso.
