About the property

This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom south facing penthouse can sleep up to 4adults plus 1 faciliting with an extra sofa bed in the living room. This first letting newly decorated penthouse is fully equipped. Everything has been newly bought, eg kitchen & utensils etc .

The master bedroom has a double bed(150cm* 180cm) with built in wardrobes and aircon. The ensuite bathroom has full bath with overhead shower , wc and bidet. Bedroom no 2 has two single beds and a wardrobe. Beside is bathroom no2 with shower and wc.

The Living room has wifi ,flat screen tv with all sky channels plus Dutch, Spanish and German channels. There is also a Blu-ray player available in the apartment. The living room has comfortable seating with patio doors leading onto the balcony with sea views. There are table and chairs to enjoy your meal on the balcony also.

The kitchen is new fully equipped, with all cooking utensils .Upstairs is the private roof terrace to enjoy the sunshine with sun loungers and umbrellas. In the garden there is the large shared pool, which is unheated. But if you prefer the beach is only a 10/20mins walk beside the port. The apt is fitted with smoke alarms for safety.

Overall just OK

The apartment was in an older building with secured entrance. It’s located about a 10?min walk downhill to the beach with lots of restaurants on the boardwalk. The train station was a 10 min walk in the other direction and very convenient to get to Malaga and other areas. We also took a bus one day to Marbella which was convenient. The rooftop terrace was very nice, but it was extremely windy while we were there. Great for hanging the clothes to dry quickly though!

Overall our stay was fine, but there were a couple things that were disappointing. One, the sofa bed was the red chair shown in the picture (I assumed it was the sofa) that laid down. Additionally there was a moldy/sewer type smell in the bathrooms that was quite bad. It also would have been nice if there were some directions for how things worked in the apartment (blind in bedroom had a remote but I didn’t even know it was there till 2nd day after I inquired), or recommendations and information about the area. O

Fantastic apartment

This is one of the best equipped and clean apartments we have ever rented. It had everything you needed and more. The terrace was great fir meals and the sun roof was fantastic for getting our tans. The place was so clean and little things like water and toilet rolls already in place. There was 4 of us and my 21 yr old and 16 yr old appreciated the wifi and sky sports. My self and my husband loved the apartment and the locality of it. Plenty of room for 4 or 5 people.

A lovely apartment, clean and central location.

This apartment was modern, clean and very spacious! The roof terrace is fantastic. We spent a week here and close to bars, restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Rosa was very helpful and great communication received.

Fantastic apartment in a good location with everything you need

Just had a great holiday staying in this apartment. Had a bit of a communication problem with the property manager Rosa because our flight was delayed. The contact details on the website are a year out of date and all numbers listed are for the old manager so after a couple of email exchanges we were sorted. Hopefully these will be updated. Technically in Torremolinos I think but closest to Benalmadena Marina less than 10 minutes walk. The apartment is larger than any others we've stayed in, we are a family of 4 with 2 teens and didn't feel we were living on top of each other. It is very well appointed, spotlessly clean and has a brilliant roof terrace which we made good use of when the pool got busier in n our 2nd week. On the whole we can't fault it and would definitely go back.

Benalmadena Jume 2017 for 2 weeks

Great location 10 mins walk to beach and port 4 mins to lidl supermarket.

Apartment bigger than normal for 4 with rooftop terrace an added bonus.

We were a family of 4 including 2 teenage children who loved the wifi and tv and the pool.

Only negatives were couldn't get the aircon to cool down enough but that might have just been us not being familiar with controls, but there's enough fan's to do the job.

Also the smoke alarm went off twice for no reason but that might only be a new battery needed.
