Perfect for Extended Family

This was our family’s second stay and we plan to book again next year! Large, but cozy house is perfect for our extended family. And recent updates of easy care wood look flooring on the first floor living, dining and kitchen is perfect for a lake house. Although we spent most of our time in the lake and on the back patio that is close to the lake and provides the perfect view of beautiful sunsets!

We always have a great stay at the Havel lake house. Our children and grandchildren look forward to this time away every year. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your house.

Perfect for all ages!

This was exactly what we were looking for. The space was much bigger and more updated than i anticipated. Melissa was more than accommodating and had any amenity we needed available to us. She included extra sheets, towels, blankets, beach toys, etc. if we needed them. Plenty of utensils. Beach area was clean and shallow. Grill was clean and worked very well. I loved the patio furniture with lots of extra chairs to pull up to the fire pit. You can’t beat the view from the house and patio area. Soo relaxing. Neighbors were awesome. So friendly and helpful! I would go back in a heartbeat!

Perfect for large or extended family!

Loved the large dining and living areas and a bonus living area on the lower (lake) level.The shallow, sandy bottom lake is perfect for little ones and the kayak’s were a nice surprise! A perfect way to spend a summer week!
