Located in the sunniest region of France, Roussillon, Saint-Cyprien welcomes you with its long sandy beach.

I propose a Holiday at the Residence Les Pierres de Jade in the exclusive area of ​​St Cyprian.

The apartment includes accommodation for 6 people, it is spacious and bright: 60m², it was completely renovated in 2014 and is fully equipped!

The kitchen includes:

Large fridge / freezer, 4 ring hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, blender, electric grill, electric griddle, cooker, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner ... etc .... etc ... and dishes for 12 people

The 10sqm balcony is facing south, there is a better description of the residence, sheltered from the wind, with umbrella and electric grill / griddle and garden furniture for 6 people. It will be very nice to cook mackerel, sardines or anchovies Mediterranean barbecue.

It is one of the largest markets in the region, go there by bike, you will pass the marina, and you walk along the beach, bike trails right out of the residence.

For this market, allow about 2 hours and why not stop at the back, the Al Trayou (famous hut) to enjoy a nice meal by the sea, feet in the sand!

For early risers, possibility to stock up every morning fresh fish at the port at 8:30 am, 900m, these fish are sold by the Catalans fishermen unbeatable price!

A little further on Ski: The nearest ski resort is located 100km Font Romeu or 1:30 drive by car ... The ski area is quite nice with black tracks galore .. There is also the old Andorran resort located further with the added attraction of tax-free goods such as cigarettes and alcohol ...

We are a couple in its forties and we purchased a cosy home to simply enjoy the Southern sun. We comfortably and tastefully furnished it. We regularly spend nice moments in family or with friends here and we decided to rent it to pay the co-property charges.

Très bon séjour

Rien ne manque dans ce logement, piscine fermée a cette époque mais les vélos sont une bonne alternative, bon emplacement, parking privé, commerces a quelques metres, les marchés de la région , tout était parfait !

Très bien équipé, propre, calme, avec des petites commerces à proximité ainsi que les plages.

Mon séjour fût d'autant plus agréable, la résidence était bien tenu, avec accès à la piscine et parking.

Le propriétaire ainsi que les personnes qui s'étaient chergées de faire la visite sont très cordiaux.

Cela aide à passer de bonnes vacances !

Location très agréable avec tout le confort

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréable en septembre dans un bel appartement avec tout le confort.

La piscine était superbe et les propriétaires très agréables. Nous avons apprécié le calme (mais c'était en septembre) et la tranquillité de la région. Nous avons visité les gorges de la Fou qui sont absolument à voir ainsi que les châteaux Cathares et avons aussi pris le petit train rouge pour une belle ballade.
