Welcome to this bright apartment overlooking the Bay of Palma and the Royal Yacht Club, located nearest the top of the building. Big flat and comfortable.

Living-room and lounge with a small terrace. Modern kitchen with all appliances. Four bedrooms. The master bedroom with two double beds located near the living-room. Two bedrooms each with a big double bed and a bedroom with single bed and a cri. Three modern bathrooms with marble and Porcelanosa tiling. Digital air conditioning with cooling and heating. Digital electric plates. Two fireplaces, one in the living-room and lounge and one in the master bedroom for the cold winter days. Marble floors all over the flat. Fitted wardrobes in all rooms. Two tv, DVD and music stereo. Concierge and digital. You will spend an unforgetable stay.

My apartment is very well located in the best elegant neighborhood of Palma, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Walking distance to the Cathedral, the Almudaina, Palace, Pueblo Español and Parque del Mar and Paseo del Borne. Located on the Paseo Marítimo finest promenade. Near the shopping center, next to restaurants, pubs, disco, cafeterias and attractions. Near supermarket and market hall Mercado de Santa Catalina. At the same time quiet and relaxing. Therefore, I choosed myself to live here. You can not find a better home.

Lovely apartment in great location

The apartment is beautiful, it's on the 7th floor with great views of Palma Marina both from the balcony and from the large windows in the living room. The apartment is very large and ideal if there are a few of you, I was travelling with my husband and mother so to the front of the property is the living room, master bedroom and balcony, kitchen in the middle and to the rear three bedrooms, bathroom and two more bathrooms in the connecting hallway, it felt almost like two separate flats and meant that privacy was not an issue at all as there was so much space. Everything was there in the flat in general and the kitchen that you would need, including dishwasher, coffee machine, lots of cutlery, dish towels, towels. The flat was extremely clean and all communal areas, lifts, pool area on the roof were all well maintained. On our arrival we were met by the owner Margarita who was lovely, really helpful and if you hadn't been to Palma before would be able to give plenty of information about the local area, payment, arrival and departure from the apartment were all very efficient and Margarita was easily contactable by email. There are plenty of bars and restaurants near the apartment as well as the Santa Catalina Market and the old town is a flat 10 minutes walk.

I would love to return to the apartment again and I would thoroughly recommend it.

Fantastic apartment in Palma!

We have had a wonderful stay at this apartment which is very conveniently located opposite the marina and only a short walk away from the very centre of Palma. Also there is an excellent choice of restaurants within a few 100 meters from the apartment.

The apartment is very comfortable and spacious - definitely more than adequate for our party of 5. The pictures presented give a true representation of the apartment. There is a beatiful view of the marina from the living room and balcony. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook yourself. The four bedrooms all have comfortable beds.

Our children loved the rooftop swimming pool - and so did we.

Margarita is a great host and she helped us feel at home right from our arrival; she was very helpful with any questions we had and provided good suggestions for places to shop and dine, etc.

We experienced no problems of any kind, and we are happy to recommend this apartment to anyone who would like to visit Palma and stay at a comfortable and well-situated place.
