Our apartment is a ground garden of a small two-storey building; an old mansion, which kept all its authenticity. Ideally our apartment is provided for six people with:

We frequently happens when we get the family to stay at 8: adding an extra mattress (on request) in the mezzanine of the large room and sleeping is possible on the living room sofa which is actually an old bed but with very good sleeping.

Our apartment is ideally located to discover Marseilles and its surroundings while being in a calm and well equipped area:
-A Tram line 50 meters serving the hyper-center (arrival Noailles / Cannebière in 7 minutes).
-A Subway line leading to the Old Port, Mucem, Cart, another tram and a train station 5 minutes on foot or by correspondence (after a stop) of the tram next to the house .
Close access to the motorway serving Aubagne Garlaban, Cassis and creeks, La Ciotat, Bandol ...

By train, Saint Charles train station:
-Ability To have a match for the Blancarde Station is within 5 minutes walk from the house or Tram stop (T1 towards the Caillols, get off at St. Theresa).
-By Underground: Line 1, the Directorate Forage, Get Blancarde then take tramway T1 towards the Caillols, get off at St. Teresa.
Coming from the airport, a shuttle drops passengers at the station Saint Charles.
Persons enjoying places should be respectful of our privacy (some belongings remaining on site) and be careful not to annoy the neighborhood avoiding nocturnal nuisances (it will be possible, however, enjoy the terrace but not boisterous fiestas!) we live in a quiet family neighborhood ...
Smokers are allowed outside and cigarette butts should not be thrown to the ground.
The animals if they are quiet (no holes in the garden, no cats climbing the curtains!)Are permitted outside of sleeping areas.
A deposit check worth 500 euros is required on the state of play, it will be cashed in case of problem.
In case of problems, we will be available by phone throughout the duration of the stay.
We booked the apartment due to its location to the Stade Velodrome as we had tickets to two Euro 2016 matches there. Sarah kept in contact all the way up to our arrival and offered us assistance whenever we required it. The apartment itself was perfect for four guys, due to the layout we essentially had a private room for each individual. The garden is ideal for sitting out in for meals and enjoying the sun. The tram is one block away and takes you straight into the centre. The neighbourhood is quiet and there are plenty of local amenities.
Overall a great apartment made by its great host!
