Moreau's estate is nestled alongside a shady valley and sweet so characteristic of the Gers.
It was in 1912 that Peter Dance, arrives at the foot of Auvergne, his native land and bought the Domaine Moreau in Montreal-Du-Gers. Town located on the border of the departments of Lot-et-Garonne and the Landes, built on a steep site on the right bank of the Auzoue, it overlooks two hills on either side of the valley. Between high and low Armagnac, it is the capital of Ténarèze. Montreal is located on Via Podiensis the pilgrimage of Saint Jacques de Compostela.
The Domaine Moreau is a Rural Lodging of France with a capacity of 12 to 14 people. Inside, a majestic stone staircase serves the 6 rooms at Gite. It is fully furnished and equipped, but we did our best to keep the spirit, furniture, decorations and tapestries that make the charm of this old building.
In the middle of a large park of 3000 m2, in a unique setting, you can enjoy a wooden above ground pool 8m * 4m. And why not relax in the sunny South, installed in the garden, with a tasty barbecue duck breasts? The building also offers a garage, a pool room for storage of equipment and two terraces, first going around the house and a second, upstairs, facing East.
