A charming property convenient for everything
Thanks to Pam for being flexible about the arrival time. Instructions to find the property were perfect. The accommodation was generally well appointed and comfortable with good Wi-Fi etc. The balcony proved very entertaing as it overlooked the most exciting cross roads in Nice with constant morning activity. The sunsets were also stunning. Whilst being right in the heart of the Vieille Ville it had excellent connections to the city with tram 5 mins away and the main train station just up the road. Fab markets of various types were on the doorstep and the beach and prom were also right close by. I would happily return.

A lovely apartment in a perfect location
Madame Demarcon was very helpful and answered any queries very promptly. The apartment is in an ideal location with a mini market and plenty of dining choices close by. A lovely patisserie on the corner for your breakfast croissant. The promenade is only a couple of minutes away and an easy walk to the port. Being so central there is a lot of street noise which requires the windows to be closed at night but the air conditioning is quiet and efficient. It is a perfect base from which to explore all that Nice has to offer.

Great apartment, great host
We had a very good 2 weeks stay. Everything in apartment as described. We did not miss anything. Great location in the middle of town- if someone likes it, we did. Very close to many attractions, plenty of restaurants around, famous fruit market close by, bakery shop at the corner, beach close by very much liked by our young son. I’m personally not a big fan of air conditioning but I must admit it was a big plus this time to have it. Very good contact with the owner - 100% quick response if anything needed. Small tip for all coming by car: there is few parkings around but do not use the closest at Place du Palais de Justice - very narrow, winding, with small parking places, difficult to get in and out (very busy, blocked streets around, with a lot of nervous drivers). Better use parking at Course Saleya - under the market. It is much much better. Thanks Pam for your kind hosting.

A Lovely Home in the heart of the Old Town
I had never been to Nice before and wasn't sure what to expect. There were 3 of us - (Mum and Dad and a 12 year old.) We had a marvelous trip. The journey from the airport via the bus was simple and not expensive. We we able to find the accommodation easily and we were welcomed on our arrival by Pam who was very helpful and explained everything to us. The home is truly wonderful and very comfortable. It's situated in the heart of the Old Town - a one minute walk from the flower market and 2 minutes from the beach and I couldn't imagine a better location. We enjoyed everything about our trip and weren't expecting the weather to be so warm in late October - very sunny and 21-22C and sitting out on the terrace was very nice in the evening. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

The apartment is ideally situated in the old town and quite comfortable.
My husband and his adult son and I stayed at the apartment in the old town for over a week. We commented several times on how easy it would be to live there; if only vacation could last forever! We had everything we needed, and Madame Demacon was thorough with her tour and instructions. There is some street noise, which goes with being in the middle of old town, but with the windows closed it is minimal. Also being on the 4th floor, with a lovely view of the rooftops and sunset every evening, takes you away from the busy streets below.
Noble apartments (Carrara and Fresco = Frescarra) are situated in the heart of the old town of Nice, 1, Place du Palais, Nice 06300. 20 meters from the famous fruit/flower/antique market 'cours Salaya' on the doorstep, along with beaches and plethora of restaurants, bars and clubs. This city by the sea is the perfect holiday location for all the family. Easy tram/train/buses.
