We have been successfully letting our properties since 2003 & have many regular visitors. Edificio La Concha 1 will be known to many of you. The whole complex is very well established. The gardens are maintained to a high standard. The pool is always in tip top condition. This is an Ideal Location - situated on the beachfront, simply walk out of the main entrance onto the promenade & everything you need is just a short walk away. This is a bright and modern apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room. The spacious lounge diner has direct access to the L - Shaped balcony with fabulous sea views. There are 3 large bedrooms offering comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests. Master bedroom has en suite bathroom with walk in shower and a second bathroom serves the 2 other bedrooms also with a walk in shower. The apartment is well maintained and fully AIR CONDITIONED/HEATED. Being on the eighth floor, there are breathtaking views of the coast, and surrounding area. There are 2 lifts that serve the building. Please note: Electricity is charged from meter readings taken at arrival and again at departure at a rate of 0.40 cents per unit. Wifi is optional and is available at an additional charge of €25 per week + €1 per day thereafter, TV is also available at 15 euro per week and 1 euro per day thereafter, if required.

apt was plenty big, hot water a plenty, fully equipped. A huge balcony with plenty of furniture. No rowdy neighbours, a lift to all floors, just perfect and Simon answered all questions. No problems. Great spot

Beautiful Apartment but could do without last day reading electricity meter and meticulous checking

It is a lovely apartment with comfy king size beds and comfy loungers in the large terrace. The tv is a pain but Simon came to the rescue when I pressed wrong button on remote and lost it, finally got used to it and was ok but not perfect as it still went off due to the wifi system.

Didn't enjoy the meticulous checking of the apartment on the last morning whilst we sat as if waiting for the final judgement , but we had left it clean and undamaged of course as I told him. I had been using the sun loungers without a problem even that morning but Simon was fiddling about with the arms as if they were damaged but they were not as we do know that care has to be taken when reclining as they arms are easily damaged and we respect other peoples property. I didn't wash the towels for them as requested as we thought it a cheek as we had paid for the service and using the washing machine and using your own soap powder just adds to "our" expense. little bit of washing up liquid would have been appreciated. Nice as the apartment was we will not be returning.

Owner's Response: Thankyou for your feedback, we are glad you enjoyed the apartment, It is made perfectly clear both on the advert and on arrival that with this apartment, there is an additional charge for the electricity taken from meter readings both on arrival & departure, we are simply doing our job. With regard to the meticulous check-out, we do this with all of our apartments, to ensure they are kept in a nice condition, as you say, the apartment is lovely. We have never had clients mention this before, this is exactly the idea of a damage bond. This is a self catering apartment.

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful two weeks holidays to La concha. .Large spacious flat with large balcony,living room and two of the bedrooms have patio doors opening onto balcony. Well fitted kitchen , utility room & two fabulous walk-in shower/ bathrooms. Clean &freshly decorated apartment & spotlessly clean . Beautiful views from balcony,plenty restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets &small local supermarket in next block and large supermarket several blocks away We enjoyed meals at Cosmapolitan , Dominiques and El Rio all of which I recommend you book in advance. Staff in Cheers bar just along from entrance to La Concha were exceptionally friendly and served first class breakfasts . Pool & garden very well kept..entry via secure door & gate.Disapponted that there were not sun beds available at poolside you have to take them down with you daily. Those you can view are chained up and belong to other apartments some of which are residential rather than holiday flats.,There is however sun on balcony until 3ish . Simon was more than helpful , our flights were late in landing & he spoke to local restaurant staff so we could have some food before the kitchen closed , he took us to local mobility shop on our second day as pre ordered wheelchair (with a different company) for my mother hadnt arrived. He also arranged our return transport to the airport. Lightbulb was replaced on balcony within a short space of time. There wasn't any " folder" giving you local guidance , maps or equipment instructions as I have had in previous rented accommodation fortunately the washing machine was same model as my own !! Simon however was on the other end of phone if needed. Highly recommend this apartment

Excellent location and pool facilities

We had a lovely week in this spacious apartment beachfront Los Boliches, Fuengirola.

Excellent location and a very nice pool and garden area.

Parking was a bit difficult, especially during the weekends.

There are many apartments on the Costa del Sol but PROPERTIES THIS CLOSE TO THE BEACH are always popular. Ideal Location = savings - no hire car required.-- Bookings now being accepted for 2018 and beyond.....Los Boliches, Fuengirola is a lively beach side town with many local attractions. The broad sandy beaches in front of the property are always well maintained. The promenade stretches some 8 km, perfect for early morning exercise or sunset strolls. Here you will find a wide range of restaurants offering everything from a 'Tapa' or snack to a full A La Carte menu. Los Boliches high street is a mere 700 meters from the apartment providing all that you will require during your stay. There are supermarkets, a daily market selling fresh produce, banks, a post office, newsagents and so on.
