Penthouse of 135m2 with 220m2 ground floor terrace with panoramic view over the sea and the Esterel mountains in the residential area of the Croix des Gardes in Cannes. The accommodation includes two adult rooms with double bed, a children's room with two beds and two bathrooms (jacuzzi).

Residence's pool accessible, beaches 400m in front of the residence. Direct lift access to the apartment.

Fabulous Estoril

Fabulous apartment in the centre of Cannes, walking distance to everything you need. Beaches, cafe's, restaurants and the famous Croisette are all within a short stroll. The apartment is lovely, all the amenities you could ask for, fitted kitchen, fully furnished and lovely swimming pool.

Last but no means least is the outside terraces with amazing views of Cannes and the Estoril mountains. A gorgeous way to spend an evening, having a few Sundowners on the terrace!

Beautiful views and great terrace

We stayed here for 6-days in March. The terrace was so great for relaxing and watching sunsets. The views are much better than what is shown in the photos. We walked everywhere and had no need for a car. I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Chad

Glorious penthouse!

Five star apartment with a million dollar view. Marble floors in the open plan living areas opening onto vast terrace that wraps around the building. Great kitchen with granite work surfaces and industrial washing machine & tumble dryer. Lift opens directly into apartment or downstairs into smart foyer, manicured gardens and pool. Short walk down the hill to lovely sandy beaches. Easy walk to Le Suquet and the Old Port.

Really lovely stay

Everything we wanted -- close to the sea, wonderful balcony, parking and three great bedrooms. Kids room with bunk beds was just perfect for our two boys as they sleep in bunk beds at home. Kitchen was great with huge fridge freezer and lots of nice plates, cutlery, glasses etc. Aircon and electric blinds all worked perfectly with no hassles. Best thing was the huge balcony with wonderful views. Everyone really nice as well -- owner very contactable and check-in / check-out was seamless.

Excellent séjour à Cannes

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux, conçu avec des matériaux de qualité et à la décoration soignée. La vue très dégagée sur la baie et le massif de l’Estérel depuis l'immense terrasse est splendide. L'immeuble est situé dans un quartier très calme, au milieu d'un parc à la végétation luxuriante très bien entretenu. La plage et le centre-ville (Le Suquet) sont très proches (moins de 5 min à pied pour la plage, moins de 10 min pour le centre-ville). Un parfait pied-à-terre pour visiter Cannes et sa région, conforme à la description donnée sur ce site.

Le contact avec M. Palanque est facile et cordial. L'accueil par la personne sur place est très sympathique.
