A lovely oasis in New Orleans

The house is beautiful and comfortable, and the kitchen is well-supplied with condiments and cooking staples. Our host even came by soon after we arrived to re-supply us with water bottles and wine! We especially appreciated the pool out back -- a serene place to recharge and relax after walking around in the muggy New Orleans weather. The location is excellent, with Audubon Park a block or two away, and St. Charles Street an easy walk. There is a Whole Foods 1.3 miles from the house, as well as a small local grocery store the other side of the park. Tartine is a great place for breakfast or lunch, just a couple of blocks away. Oak Street (Jaques-Imos and the Maple Leaf Bar) is a walkable distance for those who like to walk. And Audubon Street itself is quiet and shaded, with regular patrols by security. This was an excellent choice for us -- in town for a sibling reunion.

Lovely stay

In Nola for visit to Tulane. Location was perfect. Property manager lovely and responsive. Neighbors welcoming and lovely. Back yard with pool is beautiful. House is beautifully and elegantly decorated. Beds are comfortable. The hosts thought of everything for a comfortable stay.

Charming home

We had a delightful stay in this charming home with incredible hosts. The neighborhood felt safe and exuded a true New Orleans feel. The house was not only stocked with the essentials there was a nice assortment of unexpected goodies. The hosts were gracious and helpful.

So glad we found this jewel of a house and property owners for our trip to New Orleans! Beautiful and safe neighborhood just a few minutes for everything we wanted to do. Beds were comfortable, neighborhood quiet and overall just a relaxing stay. Will stay again!
