THE CORAL BEACH HOUSE is a large 2,500 sq.ft. newly renovated, single storey, interior designed, five bedroom, four bathroom, one cloak room, luxuriously styled seaside villa, which sleeps up to 12 guests including children (or 8 adults). Situated less than 100 yards from the beach - and just around the corner from my 4 other neighbouring Angmering on Sea beach houses, it is mobility and pet friendly, as is the beach all year round.

One of the special features of this beach property is that it is a 30 second walk to the beach, but is secluded and private with the most unbelievable sub-tropical garden, built-in barbecue and plenty of external entertaining space. It also includes a 7-seater Beachcomber hot tub at 38 degrees all year round and professionally serviced weekly.

The interiors of this spectacular property have been designed by the owner and Mitzi B to a very high standard, with the attention to detail of a 5-star boutique property, while in a relaxed and comfortable style.

The vibe of the property is seaside glamour and it features unique up-lit coral headboards. Equally special attention has also been given to all the other rooms in the house.

THE CORAL BEACH HOUSE boasts a large and stylish open plan drawing room with log burner, and dining room that opens into the kitchen breakfast room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with range cooker, granite work surfaces and stainless steel appliances. Both the dining and drawing rooms boast full width sliding doors that open them up to the garden, and many of the rooms enjoy views of the wonderfully mature sub-tropical garden.

Beautiful luxury house

We stayed as a large family group as we were attending Goodwood Revival. This is a stunning beach house. We were met by Stewart who was very helpful and showed us around. The house is very well equipped and has a lovely relaxing interior. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained. After long days at the show it was great to come back to the house and relax. We ate outside the first night and used the hot tub which was fab. Even the grandchildren enjoyed this. The fire pit was very welcome as the night turned chilly. A lot of thought has been put in to the property and we were not short of anything, there were even candles and matches and logs for the fire! The house is perfect for a weekend getaway, great access to many amenities around. We would certainly recommend the property and would love to return.

I want to live in this property forever

This property would be my dream home. The house has everything I would want in my home: unbelievably comfortable beds, luxurious sheets - I didn't want to get out of bed. The kitchen was well equipped and the designer bathrooms .... what else can I say. Never have I been as happy in a bathroom as in bed. The sub-tropical garden was beautiful and I really felt I was abroad! I would definitely recommend this house to anyone and everyone and will definitely be back.

THE CORAL BEACH HOUSE is situated on a leafy private avenue in Angmering-on-Sea, West Sussex

This single storey seaside villa, with a coral theme throughout, was renovated to the highest standards in 2014, and is now available for self-catering family holidays for up to 12 people, including children (maximum 8 adults). Sitting just 100 yards from the beach through a private walkway, the large property features a fully fitted kitchen, a dining room with garden views, and four large en suite bedrooms, and a double double bunk room off the master White Coral bedroom, forming a family suite, with its own Sky TV - a wonderful den for children.

A beautiful subtropical garden is one of the property’s highlights, and was once a popular stop on the Angmering-on-Sea garden tour thanks to bubbling water features, outdoor lighting, and over 200 species of plant. It now boasts an external fire place, plenty of seating, and a 7-seater Beachcomber hot tub kept at 38 degrees all year round and professionally serviced weekly.

There’s plenty of entertainment inside the property too, including Sky TV (full package), a games console, and a selection of board games.

The extensive seating options throughout this property means that relaxation is guaranteed, whether you enjoy sunbathing, alfresco dining, or an evening around the fire.

Within a 5 minute walk is the pretty village of Angmering-on-Sea and East Preston with a village shop, seaside kiosk, Indian and Chinese restaurants, surfers’ continental cafe, fish & chip shop, specialist wine merchant, hairdresser, beauty clinic, dentist, 3 pubs and other associated shops. Within 5 minutes drive there are further shops and Sainsbury’s nearby.
