An excellent retreat and would highly recommend.

We has a truly excellent stay in this well cared for cottage. There was everything you needed for a very comfortable break. Great local amenities including a community run local shop as well as an all important pub very close by. We travelled easily to various National Trust places. There were also great eating places in surrounding villages /towns. We were totally delighted with this lovely village where the locals were very friendly. We're definitely going back.

Perfection nestled in the charming countryside

  • 5 of 5

My friend and I visited Manor Farm Stables for a little quality chill time together out of our busy schedules.

The cottage has everything you could possibly need for the ultimate relaxing weekend, a big tv, surround sound, Netflix, sky and lots of dvds to choose from. It also has a cosy log burner for those chilly days too! The cottage has been fitted out to a high standard and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Should you wish to venture out there are lots of walks to do around North Marston and we highly recommend the Pilgrim Pub which is opposite Manor Farm for that post walk pint or two!

Rachel and Pete who are just next door have been very helpful during our stay and have made us feel very welcome :-)

Thank you

Rachel & Kate

Loved this place

  • 5 of 5

Our family really enjoyed our stay here in October. The property was very comfortable, provided everything we needed and was located in a beautiful little English village, with a great pub across the road. Rachel and her family were welcoming and friendly. The kids loved visiting the cows and rabbits, running about amongst the apple trees and picking blackberries in the fields. Highly recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a quiet, rural English homestay. We loved it!

Great place!

  • 5 of 5

This house was the perfect getaway for our family of three. It was nicely equipped with everything we needed including a pub across the road. Everything was clean and well maintained. The distance was far enough out of town to be quiet yet close enough for day trips to Bletchley Park, Blenheim Palace and Harry Potter Studios. There are nice walking paths in the area and we were warmly greeted by everyone.

Very comfortable with excellent modern facilities

  • 5 of 5

We used the cottage as a base to visit National Trust and other attractions in the area. It was very well placed for this and we had an enjoyable time. The cottage and its facilities were in excellent condition and we are happy to recommend both the cottage and the area to others.
