Located on Les Grandes Vallées Beach, it is particularly suitable for children with its direct private access to the beach without road to cross.

Its exceptional location will give you the opportunity to spend pleasant holidays on the stunning beaches of the Côte de Jade.

The apartment consists of:

Ground floor: entrance with some steps to a private garden and storage cupboard for oilskins and beach equipment.

First floor: living room with reading or children area, sea view via 2 large bay windows, exposed beams, 2 single sofas, large cupboard, tableware from the Faïencerie de Pornic and television.

Fitted kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, gas cooker with oven, refrigerator/freezer, small household appliances and cooking utensils.

Maison viellissante mais directe sur la plage: Parfait.

Place pour 9 pers. suffisante. Location, contrat, transmission des clés: tour se passe sans problème ni complication.

Notre séjour s'est trés bien déroulé. Les enfants (de 10 à 15 ans, 5 en tout) ne se sont ennuyés même sans Internet:-)
