About the property

This large villa is completely private, has parking space with automatic gate, a swimming pool and private garden and is fenced all around offering total privacy to its visitors. It offers a very nice outdoor space with barbecue, recreation area and even a games room with pool table and table tennis table.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, distributed as follow:

• Ground Floor – Double Bed with and additional sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom

• Ground Floor – Double Bed with an en-suite bathroom

• First Floor – 2 single beds with a shared bathroom

• First Floor – 2 single beds with a shared bathroom

At ground floor level there’s an additional WC. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The large kitchen is fully equipped, modern and decorated in neutral tones. The laundry is just next to it, equipped with washer and dryer, with direct access to the outside.

The living room is spacious and decorated in white and cream. It has one table with 8 seats and another with 6 other places. For temperature control, there is a fireplace and air conditioning. In the comfortable sofas in front of the fireplace, watch the flat screen TV with English spoken channels or browse the internet via WI-FI.

Downstairs, at the back garden, with access from the outside, there is a garage that has been converted to host a games room with a pool table and a table tennis table.

The private pool measures 8 meters long and 4 meters wide, shallow by the stairs and progressively deepening to 1.60 meters. The well-kept garden surrounds the entire house, with various species of plants, palms and other trees as well as a good turf for games and activities. There are several areas for rest and recreation with comfortable outdoor furniture, including comfortable sun loungers and a dining area for 8 persons which is shaded by an automatic awning. The BBQ is charcoal fed.

Parking space for cars is just in front of the house, accessed via an automatic gate.

Very Spacious and comfortable villa well situated.

We had a family of seven including a three and a half year old boy. The villa was wonderful, clean spacious and included all the amenities you would expect. The outside space was excellent as was the pool. Situated in a quiet area allowing for relaxation and private family time but in easy reach of the beach, restaurants and other attractions. Seashell were very good and we have no hesitation in recommending the villa to others.

Lovely Villa in Perfect Location

We have used Seashells several times to book rental properties, and would highly recommend their trusted service. Knowing that someone is on hand 24/7 should the need arise, is the reason we will continue to re-book their properties.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this villa, which was ideally situated, 5 mins from Apolonia and nearby bars and restaurants. Only a few minutes drive too to Vale do Lago and Quinta do Lago.

The villa was adequately furnished, and spacious, and the highlight of our stay was the beautiful garden with its comfy sun loungers and shaded seating area. Chilling by the large heated pool in the Algarve sunshine makes you count down the days until you can retire here!

A haven of tranquility

We had a wonderful 2 week holiday here, with children, grandparents and parents.

The place was spotless and very well equipped, with a high quality kitchen.

The villa is a short drive to Almancil for restaurants and supermarkets and just a bit further to the beaches.

You can choose for the really upmarket Vale do Lobo area, or a more local feel with Quateira.

Antonio and the staff of his company were very professional and answered all our questions, recommended car hire, who delivered to the villa for no extra cost.

A wonderful haven of peace and tranquility, surrounded by trees.

Our children aged 7 and 9 were very happy with the pool and games room, so were were happy too.

The only downside was that UK television is not available anymore, if we had known this we would have made other arrangements to watch the Wimbledon final!

Lovely Private Villa, Perfect Holiday

I would like to highly recommend Villa Jasmin, my whole family had a lovely 8 night holiday here last month and the villa and all the amenities was perfect It is in a perfect location for a close drive to many places from the beach to the quaint and authentic town of Loule. The owner Antonio was extremely helpful and patient with my numerous questions, I will definitely stay here again and can highly recommend Villa Jasmin.

Great villa and location

My husband and our two children just spent two great weeks here. Villa is great and well equipped. The pool and games room were an added bonus and so many balconies! We wanted to be away from the crowds but local and it was perfect. Not overlooked at all. Would highly recommend.

This villa is very close to some of the best beaches in the area, all the amenities of places such as Vilamoura, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago – tennis, golf, horse riding, go karting, water park (Aquashow) and water sports. Restaurants/supermarkets and the local fish and vegetable markets are all easily accessible and for the more adventurous – bars and nightclubs are also located nearby.

Nearby Vale do Lobo means luxury with 2 championship golf courses, tennis centre, a variety of fine restaurants, bars, shops and stunning golden beaches. In this area entertaining children is never a problem, a wide variety of activities such as family fun mini golf, tennis centre, horse riding and many more. The location is optimal for driving to the main attractions of nearby resorts in no time while still being away from all the noise and agitation of the crowded places.
