Beautiful house

We loved the house. It was spacious and well furnished and the hosts were friendly and cooperative. The pool was a welcome relief on unseasonably hot days. We recommend the house as an excellent value, but with two small caveats: 1. the staircases to the bedrooms do not have railings and are difficult for elderly visitors. 2. the narrrow street is difficult for larger cars.

Un séjour inoubliable en ville dans la verdure

Il s'agit d'une superbe maison, meublée avec goût et personnalité. La localisation est idéale, au calme et à deux pas de la ville pour ceux qui aiment marcher un peu (5 /10min des Halles). Chaque chambre est spacieuse, les salles de bain équipées pour chaque chambre. La grande pièce à vivre est topissime et donne sur le petit jardin - terrasse d'une taille suffisante pour le farniente au bord de la piscine. Cuisine parfaitement équipée. La communication avec les propriétaires était sympathique, ils sont à l'écoute, de bon conseil et nous ont même aidé à trouver quelqu'un pour garder nos enfants. Séjour inoubliable qui nous donne déjà envie de revenir.

très jolie maison

C'est une très jolie bâtisse rénovée avec goût , un mélange de moderne et d'ancien au calme en plein centre de Nîmes. La pièce principale vitrée type industriel reste fraiche et c'est avec plaisir que vous y trouverez refuge en cas de grosse chaleur. Les chambres sont toutes équipées d'une salle de bain et sont climatisées. La cuisine est immense et pratique (frigo très bruyant à revoir) avec tout pour cuisiner comme un chef !!!.... L'extérieur est très bien entretenu et l'on y trouve même des plantes aromatiques... La piscine en bois a du cachet et s'intègre parfaitement dans le paysage , petit hic elle n'est pas chauffée (22 à 25 max) et pour les frileux baignade interdite....les enfants n'y restent pas et sortent en grelotant ...nous avons du faire face à une eau qui tournait mais avec un peu de chlore choc tout est rentré dans l'ordre. Vous avez à votre disposition une petite plancha posée sur un muret qui est indigne de ce magnifique endroit, détail que Rémi le sympathique propriétaire aura à cœur de rectifier. La maison est située à 500 m du centre ville c'est un vrai plaisir de pouvoir se déplacer à pied. Autre bémol le stationnement , les deux places situées face à votre porte ne sont pas dédiées à la maison donc pas garantie pour votre seul usage (à notre arrivée il y avait un voisin) et de plus ce n'est pas un stationnement mais un accès à un transformateur électrique où le stationnement est interdit mais toléré ..... problème le garage est dans une rue très étroite et accessible seulement pour les petits véhicules. Il est impossible de stationner dans la rue. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme dans cette bâtisse magnifique et même si quelques améliorations peuvent être envisagées je recommande chaudement ce havre de paix.
