About this property

Great for your trip anytime of the year with air conditioning/heater, fireplace, backyard deck, and bbq. Walking distance to shopping centers, parks, restaurants. Less than 5 mins from Intel and Nike campuses (RA4, Amberglen), 25 mins to downtown Portland, 80 mins away from the Oregon Coast. The house is great for families, groups, business travel, and comfortably sleeps 8 people with five beds and a comfortable couch. High-Speed Internet. Ping Pong Table. This two-story home is flexibile for whatever you might need for a comfortable business stay or a relaxing time with your group/family. Longer stays welcome; send a reservation request with a message detailing the long stay you're looking for. Our calendar does not show all availability.

-Grab groceries from nearby Costco, Whole Foods, Winco (to name a few) and dine on the large dining table
-Get some work down with fast WiFi (over 100 mbps download speeds) at the office desk in the bedroom or at the kitchen counter
-Cook in the large open kitchen, which has silverware, plates, knives, cooking utensils, glasses, mugs, pots and pans with a few baking sheets and various serving platters
-Use the shampoo, body wash, blow dryer, iron, hangers
-Enjoy the Roku and Chromecast to stream what you want to watch on the TV.
-Play board games or children's books in the family room. Kid's table with two chairs as well as a pack 'n' play crib in master bedroom closet
-Work up a sweat on the ping-pong table and exercise bike in the garage
-Grill up some food on the propane BBQ in the large backyard. The backyard is fully fenced-off as well, faces a forest and tranquil stream that you can hear from the deck.
-Enjoy the 4 bedrooms and 5 beds (king, queen, full, two twins). The couch in the living room is also comfortable for sleeping. The master bathroom has a walk-in closet and a tub.

Check-in: Anytime 3pm or later you can check in with a pin code, no rush on our end. Check-out is 11am to ensure enough time for the house to be cleaned before the next guest.

College Move - Family time

This was a great place to stay to use as "headquarters" to move our son into college. It was spacious, close by to the school and shopping/restaurants.

Great turkey day location

Originally we had booked in April of 2020 but since we had people coming from 4 different states that wouldn't work with covid. Since we couldn't get a refund we ended up rebooking for Thanksgiving weekend and it was a perfect fit for our small group of friends.
