About this property

Nicely furnished & Spacious Basement Apartment. Located in the Center of town right next to Ridge Park & close to SUU. The basement is private, with a separate entrance and lockbox code, no stairs to enter, and lots of parking on the North side. Furnished kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee pot, fridge, stove, & all the essentials to cook your own meals. Netflix, cable, & board games provided. My family lives in the upstairs and main floor year round. Our home is in a perfect location, just over a mile from the Cedar City Temple & The Shakespeare Festival. Enjoy your stay in beautiful Southern Utah!
There are so many great hiking/biking trails nearby. We are also close to the Aquatic Center, Lake on the Hill, Ice Rink, & Wal-Mart. Kolob Canyon is 20 minutes away, Cedar Breaks 30 minutes, Brian Head 45 minutes, Zion National Park 75 minutes, & Bryce Canyon 90 minutes.

Comfortable and convenient

This is the perfect little place to stay in Cedar! We’ve stayed here a couple of times now and it’s close to SUU, which is great for running back and forth during our kids’ sports tournaments. The apartment is always clean and well stocked, and the property managers are easy to contact and very responsive—we needed remote batteries and a can opener and they responded within minutes. I love the kitchen and being able to not always eat out when we’re away from home. Highly recommend this place!

Worked well for us

Worked well over thanksgiving weekend. Clean, as-described, or too expensive. Worked great as an overflow while Grandma’s house was full.

Perfect Home Base

I really loved this little walkout basement apartment. It was spotlessly clean, felt so safe and cozy, and had plenty of room for me. I was traveling around most of the time I was there for my nieces band competition. So coming back to a place so welcoming and comfortable really made my trip even more amazing. I nicknamed the place my little bunker. The bed I slept in was very comfortable. Amentities were well appointed and thought out with great consideration to being welcoming and convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who needs a perfect home base if your lower western travels. Thanks so much to my hosts for a great stay!

I have lived here in Cedar City all of my life and I never want to leave. As I have aged, I have found how truly amazing our city and community truly is. I have become an avid hiker over the past several years and I cannot believe how many gems I have been missing out on all this time. I also love to pitch horseshoes, read, spend time with my family, playing games, and of course spend as much time outdoors as I possibly can!

Honestly, I don't think you can find a better city then Cedar City. We are surrounded by so many amazing places to explore and discover. You can go within 60 miles in any direction and be AMAZED! Southern Utah is what makes Utah the most beUtahiful state! The people are friendly and kind. We have so many different local festivals, events, and activities throughout the year. From the popular Utah Shakespeare Festival in the Summer to the Heritage Festival in the Fall. You do not want to miss your chance to discover our great city.
