Villa Nicole is a garden apartment, situated in a quiet road less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and local transport facilities in Port of Soller. So car hire is not essential. Garage available for car. There are many walks very close to the front door. All household equipment is provided. English satellite television and video available and ample heating for winter lets. FREE WIFI

Minimum stay four days. Garden is for use of Villa Nicole clients only.

Apartment Situation: Villa Nicole is situated in a residential street, the apartment is approached by its own gate and entrance. Inside it is light and airy and offers a high standard of a spacious holiday accommodation for a couple, with a child/baby.

All on ground level, it comprises an entrance hall, separated from the attractive and comfortable living room by two arches, open-plan, fully fitted kitchen with dining area, double bedroom and bathroom. Outside there is a patio area equipped for alfresco living, which joins up with a terraced garden/barbecue and outside shower.

Transport: A car is not entirely essential but parking is available outside the house and a garage is also available.

Most facilities are within walking distance and a ride on the vintage tram, which trundles back and forth between the Puerto and the historic town of Soller, will connect you with the old Palma train and several bus services.

Puerto de Soller has a wide range of bay side restaurants, bars and local shops.

Expectations Fulfilled

We had high expectations of this property from the reviews and photographs, and we were not disappointed.

The booking process was easy. Liz was very helpful with advice on how best to get there, and even got us some initial provisions as we were arriving in the evening. Liz and John are on hand should you need them but are otherwise unobtrusive. They are also good fun; friendly, engaging, informative and exceedingly helpful.

The accommodation itself is lovely: clean, attractive and very comfortable. It is restful and functional, with a good outside area for al fresco eating or in which to simply to enjoy the sun. It is in a quiet and peaceful street convenient to the seafront, shops and buses to Palma or other locations, should you need them.

There is plenty of information on the area and Liz appears to have a comprehensive knowledge of where best to eat locally, according to budget and taste. It is advice worth following! As an added bonus, the apartment contains all you need but are loathe to carry with you, such as umbrellas, sun hats, books, dvds, and a large supply of towels.

Port Soller is really lovely when the sun shines and Palma and other neighbouring towns are easily accessible by car or public transport. The area is also popular with walkers and has a good selection of restaurants.

Despite some untypical weather (rain rather than sun), we had a really relaxing and enjoyable stay at Villa Nicole. However, it was the accommodation and the people we met, rather than the weather, which made the biggest, and best possible, impression. So thumbs up for Villa Nicole and for John and Liz. We can certainly recommend this property to others.

Stayed in both properties. Liz is the most thoughtful owner. She thinks of everything! No need to bring washing machine tablets/washing up liquid etc, it's all there, together with cold beer/wine in the fridge on arrival and Liz there to show you round. The properties are spotlessly clean with comfortable new furniture and a satellite tv with English channels. Positioned in a quiet residential street less than 5 minutes flat walk to the supermarkets./ tram stop/harbour/restaurants and beach Liz lives nearby, so is available if needed and she will pop round during your stay to check everything is ok. I can't fault the rental in any way and have already booked to return next year.

We loved the location & had easy access to the park, port, beach, cafes, shops, & transportation. The outdoor patio was great for breakfast, lunches, & lounging. With a washing machine available, we could pack light & reuse items. We felt there was adequate privacy & felt very safe during our stay, even on very late evenings.

Flawless

Not the easiest place to find so make sure you have printed a local map and complete instructions. Once you've found it though it is easy to get around. The weather throughout our trip was not ideal, grey, overcast and even when the clouds went there was a chilling wind. This did not detract from the holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and not least because we had such a comfortable flat to come home to after a day out. Perfectly situated with a couple of small supermarkets close, a choice of restaurants within an easy and flat walk of the property. Liz was patient with our errant navigation and talked us into the property from the main road. She was warm, friendly and helpful - the beers already cooling in the fridge were required and enjoyed at the end of a hard days travel from where we live. The flat is well equipped and our every need was met. The port is a 5 min stroll away and is stunningly pretty. We can heartily recommend the accomodation, Port Soller, Majorca and just as importantly Liz.

Villa Nicole - A Real Gem Of A Property.

Everything absolutely great (both the accommodation, the lovely garden, the peaceful location and the mountain views).

The Villa was spotlessly clean, well maintained and well equipped.

Liz the owner was there to welcome us on our arrival and was really helpful and informative.

We had a great holiday and have already booked with Liz for 2016 (can't wait).

Villa Nicole - Port Soller

We have visited Villa Nicole on several occasions and have thoroughly enjoyed both the accommodation and the private garden. Its proximity to all local amenities make it ideal for those of us who want a break from having to drive everywhere. Liz as hostess is most welcoming and all transfer arrangements are made efficiently and are completely reliable. The property has always been extremely well presented with welcome items in the fridge and the surrounding area has the best of both worlds - sea and mountains. We shall certainly return and have already recommended Villa Nicole to family and friends.
