Rare, beautiful apartment full housing, new, decorated and equipped with care, direct view of the Loire, comfort in a luxury residence in a quiet park closed.

Séjour en famille

Logement excentré du centre ville, très agréable au bord de la Loire. Calme et facile d’accès. Juste les oreillers sont à changer, si vous n’aimez pas les oreillers tout mou apporter le votre. Sinon rien à redire au logement. Très bon accueil à notre arrivée

Déception

Nous sommes très déçus de cette location. Les descriptif fourni sur le site Abritel est loin d'être exact. Le logement ne possède qu'une seule chambre et non 2 comme indiqué, le lit 2 place est dans la pièce de vie. La photo de la terrasse est prise de façon à laisser penser que l'on pourra profiter d'une belle vue en toute tranquillité ce qui est totalement faux, la terrasse est minuscule et positionnée sous la fenêtre du voisin et devant sa porte d'entrée. Lors de notre séjour la terrasse était couverte de mauvaises herbes de 30 cm de haut donc inutilisable. Notre arrivée a été très mal gérée, nous avions prévenu de notre horaire d'arrivée et téléphoné au propriétaire une heure avant comme convenu, celui-ci nous a rappelé 30 minutes plus tard semblant surpris de notre arrivée. Finalement nous avons été accueilli par son fils qui nous a ouvert le logement sorti les draps d'un placard puis est reparti aussi vite qu'arrivé oubliant de mettre en service le ballon d'eau chaude. Nous avons donc découvert par nous-mêmes le logement qui n'avait pas dû être loué depuis quelques temps. Le propreté générale était passable (sol sale) et quelques "pépites" que nous n'avons pas eu le présence d'esprit de photographier (un filtre plein de café moisi dans la cafetière, les toilettes immondes). En résumé une très grosse déception sur ce logement dont la description sur le site Abritel est, pour le moins, inexacte (il n'y a pas de machine à laver le linge).
