About the property

Eagles Nest, stunning views, 2 bedrooms, large living room with sofa bed, terrace.

"Perched between heaven and earth to 814 meters above sea level, the village of Mons is a little corner of paradise. It seems to spring from a rocky outcrop which he married the colors. From this viewpoint the view is magnificent: the green hills of Fayence and Esterel mountains contrast with the blue of the bay of Cannes and that of Fréjus - Saint Raphael. And when the weather permits, you can see Corsica! 'Dixit site Visitvar.

Real eagle's nest, the house located at the highest point behind Mons advantage of this extraordinary panorama in the foreground with an exceptional view of the village.

It is composed of 2 double bedrooms and a large living room with an open kitchen and a sofa bed (160X200) (with screen separation possible), a bathroom with shower bath, toilet and washing machine ... more a toilet ...

Outside is a large covered terrace, living place with exceptional views. Whether day or night the show is permanent. On this terrace there are 2 tables, 8 chairs and chairs, 4 chairs and a plancha gas 4 fires ...

The place is quiet and calm; there are 2 other houses on the hill, the nearest being 200 m, there is no vis-à-vis.

We start hiking near the house.

Mons is full of points of interest; its Roman aqueduct, hewn rock, its 7 dolmens, its terraces made of dry stone walls, bories, olive groves, exceptional flora with many varieties of wild orchids (orchid), swimming in rivers, the ' Siagnole 'and' over '...

Dam Lake St Cassian is 19 km, and the sea, Cannes or St Raphael, 45 km away.

It is also possible to register in the clubhouse and pool of Gray about 1.5 km from the house. You also have a free Municipal tennis 1. 5 km.

In summer a light wind caresses the mountain during the day, making it extremely pleasant and sweet place.

Strolling through this "Village Character", you will be seduced by the particular charm of its ancient houses built in dry stone.

You will find several shops, a grocery store, an excellent pastry baker and 3 restaurants. You can also get delivered excellent pizzas 3 nights a week.

Calme et tranquillité

  • 5 of 5

  • 4 of 5

Wasmachine, droger, buitenkeuken.

Romantisch.

Panorama idyllique!

  • 5 of 5

  • 5 of 5
