The Kösslerhof is located in an unrestricted, central and quiet location in Hippach, Laimach district, surrounded by meadows and fields. The apartment is very spacious and nicely decorated in typical Tyrolean style with lots of wood. The working farm is a special experience, especially for children. Organic farming provides an insight into a genuine rural lifestyle. The dairy cows - separate from the guest house - barn provide daily fresh milk, while the young cattle is in the same pasture throughout the summer. The major ski resorts as well as sports court and swimming pool are reachable by car in just three minutes.

We have had a great winter holiday, partly because of the great house. The apartment is very spacious for 6 people. The atmosphere is really Austrian. (Wood) The gondola to enter the ski area is a 5-minute car ride. The ski resort of Kaltenbach is 10 km away. Also fine to do. Overall a good home for not too much money.

The property is ideally located. Just outside the village, open areas around the property. This aspect for us was a huge plus. The owner, very friendly and helpful people, living on the ground floor. The property itself comprises four holiday but you feel that you are staying alone (the other houses or rooms were all occupied however). The house is spacious, ideal for a stay with children (we were 2 adults and 4 children). Within walking distance we could order fresh rolls daily, the larger stores are less than 5km.

Kösslerhof

This house is perfect for people in winter are looking for an apartment from there by car to various ski resorts do. In the summer it is a great starting point for hiking and cycling. The apartment is large, spacious and definitely good for 6 adults to stay. It's quiet in the area. It is a pity that the (residential) kitchen not too large, there is no dishwasher in it and a nice soft couch or chairs missing at the end of a sports day to come. All in all a great holiday!

Gondels zijn snel een goed te bereiken.

we hebben een toffe ski-vakantie gehad. Ski-bus is op wandelafstand en perfect te doen met al het materiaal (ook met de kids van 11 en 9). Ruime kamers, keuken meer dan voldoende uitgerust. Handig dat er een extra bergruimte is om wat materiaal opzij te zetten. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en alles correct verlopen.

Ook de broodjes-service (niet op zondag) is heel handig. Om 7u staan de verse pistolets klaar.
