The Bramleys is an ideal base whether you wish to explore or relax and enjoy the surroundings; not far from the Quantocks, the Brendon Hills or Exmoor National Park it is a lovely comfortable cottage to come home to at the end of the day. The property has recently been and awarded 4 Stars by Visit Britain.

The Bramleys is a completely self-contained single-storey cottage which is attached to the owners house at one end. The cottage is comprised of a light and airy living-dining room, two spacious bedrooms, both of which can be made up as double (super-king size) or twin beds, a fitted kitchen, and a bathroom which has a bath and separate shower. The Bramleys does not have any steps from the car park to the property and is completely level access throughout.

The cottage is comprised of a light and airy living-dining room, two spacious bedrooms, both of which can be made up as double (super-king size) or twin beds, a fitted kitchen, and a bathroom which has a bath and separate shower. The Bramleys does not have any steps from the car park to the property and is completely level access throughout. The Bramleys kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave and electric oven with hob. Other equipment includes toaster, kettle, a variety of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses. A television, DVD player and CD player is provided in the living room and wireless broadband is available throughout the property. Electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. The Bramleys is fitted with night storage heating. Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are provided for your convenience, but please bring your own beach towels if you wish to take towels with you on day trips. A small amount of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits are provided to ensure you can have a hot drink as soon as you arrive. The cottage is equipped with salt and pepper mills and some cleaning materials to get you started and one or two toilet rolls will also be provided. Directly outside is a table and some chairs for you to enjoy alfresco dining should you choose to. The gardens are shared with another self-catering cottage (The Pippins) and the main house which the owners run as a Bed & Breakfast, however there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the stunning scenery. Off-road parking is available in the private car park, shared with Bed & Breakfast accommodation. Sorry, no pets allowed in The Bramleys and strictly no smoking. *Security deposit* The owner requires a £40 cash deposit to be paid upon arrival, this deposit will be returned at the end of your stay, providing there are no breakages or damage.
