About the property

This villa of 114 m2 is situated in a quiet area near the Dosel beach

The house, which is located on a mountainside in the Cullera lighthouse area, counts with excellent views over the sea. It has enough equipment to make your stay very comfortable. Wi-fi available.

Besides enjoying the house, relaxing in one of the three terraces and making barbecues in the patio there are many other activities such as walks on the beach or in the Cullera mountain. Furthermore, the area is well suited for biking. Therefore, three mountain bikes are available for the tenants.

The spectacular swimming pool is maintained during the whole year.

In summer, the house is still quiet, but on the beach the number of people, including many children, rises. In snack-bars at the beach beer, mojito and music lovers meet.

It is all up to you to decide what kind of holiday you want for you and your family. A lot of interesting and inexpensive restaurants in the area are available.

My wife and I (danish) live and work in Madrid, Spain. Whenever it has been possible we have gone to Cullera in order to relax. That's why the chalet has not been rented until recently. We love walks, bike rides and gastromic pleasures in the area. I myself is also a great chess fan (of course you will find a decent chess set in the house).

The best beaches as close as possible to Madrid are, in my opinion, located in the Cullera area. Also the closeness to Valencia with its numerous tourist attractions influenced the decision to buy the house.

What makes this villa unique

The absence of other kinds of noice than the sound of the sea makes it easy to relax and sleep well.

Megaaussicht übers Meer und toller Pool!

Wir waren für 2 Wochen mit vier Personen in dem Haus der Paarups und hatten eine gute, entspannte Zeit, denn es fehlt dort wirklich nichts.

Es ist alles da, was man für das Leben dort braucht, sowohl für Küche und Bad als auch für Strand und Pool.

Wir haben auch alles sauber und ordentlich angetroffen. Das herausragendste ist sicher die Aussicht!! Von drei Ebenen den weiten Blick übers Meer!

Allerdings ist der Weg zum eigentlich nahen Strand sehr mühsam. 201 Stufen führen hinab und leider auch wieder hinauf. Dazu kommen weitere 47 Stufen am Haus, da dies an einen Hang gebaut wurde.

Bis in den Ort Cullera sind es 3 - 6 steile, kurvige Staßenkilometer, so dass ein Auto doch zu empfehlen ist. Allerdings gehören zum Haus auch noch 3 Moutainbikes...

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freudlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieter. Sie sind sehr engagierte und um das Wohl der Urlauber bemühte Gastgeber.

Kurz: wer Lust auf eine entspannte Zeit in Spanien hat, dem sei diese Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen! :-)

Owner's Response: Vielen dank für Ihre Bewertung und für die immer gute Kommunikation. Auch haben Sie das Haus sehr gut behandelt. So ist es ein Vergnügen ein Haus zu vermieten. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Sie die Zeit im Haus genossen haben. Unzweifelhaft ist die Aussicht und der Ruhe die wichtigsten Merkmale. Aber alles hat seinen Preis: In unserem Fall die Treppen und die 3-6 km bis zur Cullera Stadt. Vielleicht wäre es für neuen Vermieter interessant ein bisschen mehr Information zu erhalten. Der Strand hat seine eigene Treppe mit 27 Stufen. Bevor kann man zwischen verschiedenen Haupttreppen wählen. Über die mit 174 Stufen (Foto im Inserat) gibt es 300 Meter vom Haus bis zum Strand. Doch kann man auch zwischen drei anderen Treppen mit weniger Stufen wählen wenn man mehr geht. Auch kann man zum Strand im Auto fahren und dort parkieren, aber fast niemand, soweit wir wissen, hat bisher das gemacht. Das Leben an einer Bergseite und "über" dem Meer... Ein Objekt das alle Wünsche erfüllt

Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein Traum. Es fehlt an nichts. Traumhafter Ausblick von den 3 Balkonen bzw. Terrassen. Die Vermieter sind total freundlich und hilfsbereit und zu jeder Zeit zu erreichen. Es ist alles vorhanden, ob für den Strand, dem Pool bis hin zum eigenen Grillvergnügen auf der hinteren Terrasse. Ein wunderschöner Urlaub ist nun leider zu Ende. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter.

Buenas vacaciones!!!

La propiedad estaba muy limpia y ordenada, los propietarios han sido muy atentos. La casa disponía de todos los utensilios necesarios, tenía unas vistas muy bonitas y tanto la cochera como las bicicletas ofrecían amplia comodidad. Hay sitios económicos para comer cerca como: La casa de Isabel o La cueva del dragut. En resumen recomendamos la casa. Gracias Torsten y Carmen.

Séjour agréable. Belle villa avec belle vue

Villa agréable et belle. Très bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et disponibles. Linge de lit et de toilettes fournis , très pratiques. Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour et de la situation de la villa ainsi que de ses équipements.

Dos fantásticas semanas en la playa

Hemos estado muy a gusto, la casa está decorada con mucho gusto. El tiempo ha sido espectacular y los dueños de la casa la tienen preparada para que no nos faltara nada.

Una verdadero paraíso "encima" del mar

Since the day we got to the apartment, its location and its views impressed us enormously, just as the advertisement showed. Short after, while discovering the different rooms and bathrooms, all of them perfectly arranged and neat, we realised how comfortable our days in Cullera we going to be.

At any time one could go to the huge beach and play volleyball, soccer or take a dive into the sea (perfectly clean, by the way). In the evenings, it was a real pleasure sitting around the living-room (cosy and spacious).

The kitchen was fully equiped, so we were able to prepare all kinds of dishes. However, we couldn't resist ourselves from ordering a "paella" (can't remember the place, but you should definitely ask the owner for indications; it was delicious!).

All in all, a great place to spend our holidays! My friends and I are looking forward to going back as soon as possible!

Desde el momento que llegamos, la situación de la casa y sus vistas al mar nos parecieron increíbles, tal y como habíamos visto en el anuncio. Después, a medida que fuimos descubriendo las habitaciones y baños de la casa, todo perfectamente limpio y ordenado, nos fuimos dando cuenta de lo a gusto que íbamos a pasar esos días en Cullera.

En cualquier momento podías bajar a la enorme playa a jugar al voleibol, fútbol, a darte un chapuzón... Y por la noches era un placer ponernos a hablar en el salón, bastante amplio y cálido.

La cocina estaba perfectamente acondicionada, así que pudimos cocinar de todo con la máxima comodidad. Aun así, uno de los días pedimos una paella...riquísima! (no recuerdo el nombre del restaurante; el propietario fue el que nos lo recomendó, así que no olvide preguntárselo al llegar).

En definitiva, todo comodidades! Mis amigos y yo ya estamos deseando volver!
