About this property

Apartment very well located on a very beautiful beach with European Blue Flag, surrounded by a large avenue with many restaurants around with fresh fish of the day at a very good price and 80m from the apartment. The apartment has 2 rooms for 4 people. A double room and another with two single beds, very nice new kitchen, bathroom and living room. It is a third floor without elevator, wide and bright staircase, access to the first floor is only 6 Steps and then two floors. The apartment has ADSL with fiber optics. VIC: CAHMESMMXXX

Apartment very good located in a very nice beach with European Blue Flag, surrounded with a big avenue full of restaurants with fresh fish at a good price and 80m from the apartment. The apartment has 2 rooms for 4 people. A marriage´s room and another room with two individual beds, a new modern-style kitchen, a bathroom and a living room. It is located on a 3rd floorwith no elevator. Briht and airy staircase. The first floor is only 6 steps, the other 2 are normal.

Está muy bien la ubicación, un poco sucio los enseres de la cocina, mucho trasto de los propietarios, los armarios están medio llenos de cosas. En fin, se lo dejamos mucho más limpio de lo q lo encontramos.

beste Unterbringung,Strand und Prommenadennähe, direkter Zugang zu den Fischlokalen und Pizzalokalitäten, Busverbindungen. Supermarket, aber auch einheimischen Bäckerein und Obst + Gemüseläden. Die Ferienwohnung war gut eingerichtet, Waschmaschine, und Kücheneinrichtung. Alles funktionierend einwandfrei.

per chi crede ancora alle fiabe...

Questo e' il mio primo viaggio da solo ; non ero mai stato a Gran Canaria ; ho prenotato tutto velocemente ; la scelta dell'appartamento si e' basata sul rapporto prezzo-qualita' e le recensioni di alcuni connazionali ; quando sono arrivato sono stato accolto da Antonio e Teresa , sua moglie ; sono rimasto sorpreso dalla loro gentilezza , non sono due semplici padroni di casa ma rimanere a parlare con loro ti sembra quasi siano persone di famiglia ; l'appartamento e pulito , accessoriato ed ha una splendida vista mare che apprezzerete soprattutto mentre starete consumando i pasti ; e' ideale sia per singoli che per famiglie , addirittura ho visto un passeggino ; il posto e' di una tranquillita' sorprendente , attorno vi sono locali dove potrete mangiare di tutto dalla semplice pizza al pescato fresco ; ci sono almeno un paio di supermercati , alcune farmacie e delle panaderie -pastellerie ...ottimi i loro dolci !! Sicuramente raccomando il luogo ed il posto senza riserve ; di sicuro io non soggiornero' piu' in quest'appartamento , quella che sembrava essere solo una breve vacanza e' diventata alla fine qualcosa di piu' ; ho deciso di rimanere , e se ho preso questa scelta devo ringraziare calorosamente Antonio e Teresa che , assieme al luogo ed al loro appartamento , sono stati due tasselli importanti del mio puzzle per aiutarmi a realizzare questo sogno .

Per chi crede ancora nelle fiabe

Questo e' stato il mio primo viaggio da solo ; volevo andare a Gran Canaria in una cittadina ben servita e che si ponesse in un punto strategico per visitare l'intera isola ; alla fine ho prenotato velocemente , l'appartamento l'avevo scelto per il rapporto qualita' - prezzo e basandomi sulle recensioni di due connazionali ; Antonio e Teresa , sua moglie , sono persone veramente squisite ; la loro e' una gentilezza sincera e piacevole , non sono due semplici padroni di casa , ma ti danno la sensazione di farti sentire in famiglia ; l'appartamento e' pulito , la vista mare soprattutto quando si pranza...incantevole ; e' ideale sia per un singolo che per una famiglia , addirittura ho visto pure un passeggino ....attorno vi sono farmacie , locali tipici dove poter mangiare , un paio di supermercati e delle ottime panaderie e pastellerie...squisiti i loro dolci !! Il posto e' di una tranquillita' incredibile . Io pero' non mettero' piu' piede in questo immobile , sono partito per una semplice vacanza ed alla fine ho deciso di fermarmi . In questa mia inaspettata scelta mi sento vivamente di ringraziare Antonio e Teresa due tasselli del mio puzzle che mi hanno indirizzato verso questa mia decisione .

Ottimo !

Ottimo appartamento, confortevole, spazioso e luminoso, completo di tutto. E' in una posizione tranquilla, ma allo stesso tempo ottimale per visitare l'isola. La spiaggia è appena sotto l'appartamento, ma se volete passeggiare, un percorso pedonale panoramico lungo la costa vi permettere di raggiungere le altre spiagge. Per mangiare, attorno alla spiaggia, ci sono parecchi ristoranti che offrono carne, pesce fresco e pizze. Ottimo per una vacanza relax....
