Our cozy and exclusive Chamartin District apartment is located on a residential area on the Northern end of the well-known Serrano Street on a second floor. It sit only a few minutes away from bustling La Castellana avenue and the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, and is very well connected with the rest of the city due to easy and convenient access to public transportation.

The condo housing has the added advantage of a top floor swimming pool and a parking lot, with modern commodities, lift and doorman. The apartment have been recently renovated with an elegant and modern design, using top shelf materials. This includes wide windows that provide sufficient natural daylight and ample views of the surroundings. The flat has one restroom with bathtub and a comfortably sized kitchen and living-dining space with a four seats dining table. Floors are made of natural wood. The parking lot is not included on the price and is required to check the availability in advance.

Booking payment: 30%. Balance: with credit card 30 days prior to arrival (Payments with Credit Card are subject to a 3% surcharge). Security deposit: on arrival, guests will be asked to pay a security deposit of 500 Euros as a guarantee for damages with credit card. This deposit will be refunded automatically 2/7 working days after the end of the stay.
