Our cozy and exclusive Chamartin District apartment is located on a residential area on the Northern end of the well-known Serrano Street on a second floor. It sit only a few minutes away from bustling La Castellana avenue and the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, and is very well connected with the rest of the city due to easy and convenient access to public transportation.
The condo housing has the added advantage of a top floor swimming pool and a parking lot, with modern commodities, lift and doorman. The apartment have been recently renovated with an elegant and modern design, using top shelf materials. This includes wide windows that provide sufficient natural daylight and ample views of the surroundings. The flat has one restroom with bathtub and a comfortably sized kitchen and living-dining space with a four seats dining table. Floors are made of natural wood. The parking lot is not included on the price and is required to check the availability in advance.
Residents enjoy fast access to Madrid's M30 periphery motorway and the north-east section of the city, while at the same time are very close to the banking district. The neighbourhood offers a complete range of amenities and the 'Mercado de Chamartin', perhaps the best food market in the city, is only a few minutes away. Also close by is the metro station of Colombia, which offers direct access to the airport in four stops.
