The room overlooks the pines and the living room on the sea. Bathroom with shower, separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Large double room (with possibility of two single beds), living room with sofa bed. Balcony. Elevator, security code, goalkeeper year. Facilities: golf clubs, beach games, beach umbrella and beach chairs. plenty of storage and closets. Travel cot available. High chair on request

Lovely cosy apartment

The listing description for this apartment on the first floor overlooking the bay was accurate. The property was clean and well-maintained. The owner was very accommodating. I would recommend this apartment and would stay there again. The beach was just across the road. The apartment was within comfortable walking distance from the shops and a Carrefour supermarket. There was parking nearby on the street. We took a tour on the Petit Train, which stopped nearby, and enjoyed it. There are lots of restaurants along the seafront and in de Gaulle Avenue.

Lovely.

The apartment was clean and very close to the main dining and shopping establishments, with a balcony directly overlooking La Baule's wonderful beach. We preferred to eat out, but the apartment was well equipped for anyone wishing to cook. It is cosy but spacious - I would visit again and would recommend. Delphine was very pleasant and helpful.

Nous avions pris cette location à l'occasion du jumping de la Baule, et c'est exactement ce que l'on recherchait. Un petit pied à terre bien situé (face à la mer) , très propre, bien équipé et une propriétaire très arrangeante.

Nous conservons cette adresse pour les prochaines années.
