Remodeled Victorian in quiet tree-lined west Boulder neighborhood
Hi there, Just so you know, if you need to avoid WiFi radiation for health reasons, my house can be made WiFi-free with the flip of a switch. I will be available to help with any questions or concerns. I've loved Boulder for 25 years and hope you will too. Tina

This property is less than a 1 mile walk to CU Boulder. A fabulous spot to stay and walk to many amenities. The property is lovely with a large back deck and many artsy touches in the interior. Very clean. Tina checked in to see how we were doing and encouraged us to reach with any questions.
Fantastic in every way! Great house with lots of character and history, great location!
What a wonderful gem!! The owner has done a stellar job on this house! The house is located on a quiet tree lined street and is close to everything. We could walk or bike ride everywhere from here and when we were ready for our mountain hikes, we were only a couple blocks to the Canyon Road. We loved everything about this rental. It was neat, clean and up to date. It sleeps 2-4 and with just the two of us for a quiet get-away, it was perfect! We will come back!
Great Boulder Home
We have stayed at this location on our last 2 trips to Boulder. The location is perfect for us. Very convenient to hiking, the University and Pearl Street. Tina is attentive, communicative and accommodating. We look forward to returning (hopefully soon and often!).
Perfect home away from home
This property in a wooded quiet neighborhood truly lets you relax and feel at home. The owner has wonderful artwork and books scattered throughout. Many many personal touches - you will not want for anything during your stay. Easy, street parking, a beautiful deck and garden, neighborhood coffee shop, and unbeatable location close to downtown and campus. We were looking for a place to keep returning to when visiting our CU student and we have found it!
Had a great time!
Had a 45 year reunion with 3 other ladies I went to school with and we stayed at this lovely home in Boulder. It was very clean and spacious. Everything was labeled and well organized. It was comfortable and charming. The location is perfect. Walking to Pearl St and to many wonderful trails. Something new to see everyday Tina, the owner was gracious and accommodating. We needed nothing. Would recommend it highly and I would stay again.
Stayed here for 5 nights with my wife and two daughters and had a great time. The home is beautifully decorated and has a large kitchen and spacious deck in back. Great location in walking distance to Pearl Street Mall, hiking and Chautauqua. Tina was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here.
