Beautiful spacious apartment approx 60m2, bright, crossing, on one level in the heart of the village on the pedestrian square.
It consists of an entrance hall which serves: on the left, a living room with dining area, tv / wifi corner and children's corner (2 bunk beds + 1 drawer in 90), on the right, a bedroom with a sleeping in 160, opposite an equipped kitchen, and as an extension of this one with a bathroom (shower, sink and wc).
On the pedestrian square, you can eat on the outdoor table.
On your arrival the beds will be ready, the bathroom linen will be provided.

All the trappings of Southern French Charm

Emilie was helpful and charming; the apartment was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay; the central location in Leucate Village was ideal and we were able to enjoy the surroundings without any stress. Merci beaucoup!!

Lovely apartment in perfect location on village square

Great accommodation and a very helpful owner. Very clean and spacious, and nice and quiet considering the central location. Near several good restaurants and a short drive or good walk to the fabulous beach. Room for two younger children on bunk beds, although would be a challenge to do much catering in the small kitchen. Best place we have found to stay in Leucate, and this was our fourth visit.

A lovely flat with a view of the main square

We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of Leucate, and our host was very helpful. The flat has a nice mix of old and new, and is in a beautiful position looking on the main square with a great table for dining or breakfasting outside, and watching the world go by. The coast and beaches nearby are unspoilt and there are plenty of interesting places to visit. A great place for a holiday.

A truly wonderful apartment

The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious and well-equipped for our brief stay in Leucate. Breakfasting on the square just outside our door was a highlight. Emilie and her husband were the best hosts one could ask for, incredibly helpful and welcoming.
