Magnificent setting in peaceful Sawgrass Country Club.
Just a short walk to the beach, and a few minutes drive to shopping and dining.
The first floor features a large kitchen and breakfast bar with beautiful cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and generous counter space. An open floor plan leads to a dining area and large family room with wet bar and lots of natural light.
Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the spacious screened lanai facing the lagoon. There is an adjacent rear patio with gas grill, as well as a front patio with Adirondack chairs.

The second floor features a master bed/bath with screened deck. There is a loft/office space off the master with trundle beds to accommodate extra guests.

Great location, comfortable home.

We very much enjoyed our visit; House was quiet and clean. I loved sitting on balcony of screened-in porch in the morning. We walked to the beach most days.

Excellent Place with All the Amenities

We could not ask for better!!! It had everything anyone could ask for. Close to the beach, a pool to enjoy even though was not a vacation for us. This was a medical trip to the Mayo Clinic. Just 15 minutes depending on traffic from Mayo Clinic. Had many restaurants and shopping centers close by. Great place to relax!!! Would definitely stay there again. Tom, the owner, was exceptional in responding to any emails promptly.

Sawgrass Community

The condo was very nice and secure. The development is quiet One issue we had was that as renters you do not have parking by the beach and it was a distance to the beach.

Excellent for everybody

Very comfortable beds and well kept property. Everything that is needed for kitchen and entertainment. Outside lanai a plus. Good for kids as not much breakable! Homey atmosphere with beach appeal @

Family Reunion

We were visiting Sawgrass for family reunion. Enjoying being able to walk to the beach. Unit is very clean. Owner very prompt in responding to questions. Everyone how stopped by said "wow, this is better than our place."
