The house has an enormous sitting room with wood ceilings, Two double bedrooms, two shower rooms and a separate kitchen vitro, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, all the necessary utensils.
General: Linen and towels provided. There is laundry service (Euros 15 for 4 kg, the iron is provided on the apartment) provided by the owners who live on a villa nearby, with their own private entrance to guarantee your privacy.
Recommended local restaurants: Casa de El Vino, La Baranda, La Carambola.
Environment: quiet area of private villas on the coastal area of El Sauzal, with easy access to Puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz our capital.

I recommend this house not only because its spectacular situation, but because its relation between quality and price. The direct views to the sea are just unbeatable.
Having a Jacuzzi and sauna is a great advantage after a long day of sightseeing.

Hemos disfrutado de unos días maravillosos...El tiempo acompañó bastante.
Estuvimos muy a gusto en el apartamento. La zona es muy tranquila y el paisaje extraordinario.
El apartamento es suficiente para dos personas. Amplio salón y vistas estupendas al Teide y Puerto de la Cruz.
La piscina perfecta con una temperatura del agua muy buena.
Sería de agradecer algún utensilio de cocina como por ejemplo una batidora, cacerolas, sartén pequeña, etc.
También un pequeño lavavajillas sería muy útil si no deseas fregar la vajilla todos los días.
En la habitación sería necesario almohadones más cómodos.
Por todo lo demás ningún problema. Nos hemos relajado muchísimo y descansamos bastante.
Esperamos volver, para lo cual intentaremos reservar con tiempo suficiente.

So tastefully furnished. Tiny kitchen basic, no oven , but good barbecue area, so fine. Enjoyed our stay very much . Unexpected problem with hot tub rectified and compensated. Views amazing. Lovely sauna but needs insulation as doesn't keep to temp .Sure if previous reviews taken into consideration would give 5 / 5
Wir haben die großzügige Wohnung mit Pool, Whirlpool und Sauna genossen, zumal Anfang Januar auch hier das Wetter und die Temperaturen nicht immer sommerlich anmuten. Ganz hervorragend war auch der gleichzeitige Blick vom Pool aus auf den Teide und den Atlantik. Leider hat man diesen Blick nicht aus den Fenstern der Wohnung, sondern nur draußen. Dies ist aber verständlich, weil die Nachbarn sonst beim Vorbeigehen in 3 Metern Entfernung immer ins Wohnzimmer schauen könnten. Die deshalb gepflanzten Sträucher sind darum sinnvoll, auch wenn sie einem den Blick aufs Meer verstellen. Insgesamt eine top Wohnung, in der von der Ausstattung her nur ein Backofen fehlt. Ceranfelder, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle funktionieren "1A"!
The view was mesmerizing. Spent hours daily on patio. Price matches offering. A few things to note. We had to buy three pillows, four 16 ounce glasses, a non-stick fry pan, kitchen utensils, and kitchen towels and dish rags. The house does not have an oven which for most vacationers is no big deal, but for us we cook all meals and that was a surprise. We made do. The pool really should be heated in the winter and the spa is not warm for morning use. I’d pay more money for a heated pool. The spa being off till the afternoon is an easy change the owners could do. They really could do some pruning of the bushes from the living room window so the FABULOUS view could be enjoyed in the house. The WIFI only works inside half the house. My spouse had to work for 10 hours and was trapped in doors, had the WIFI covered the house and patio he could have worked outside.
Overall this property is worth the price and these improvements would make the property go from WORTH THE PRICE to best place ever.
We would definitely rent this place again.
This is an excellent location with Puerto de la Cruz, La Laguna and Santa Cruz close by. The villa is excellent. Spacious and with excellent facilities; large pool and hot tub. Views of the sea and Teide are magnificent. Couple of restaurants within walking distance.
We had a lovely break. Nice big spacious villa, with spectacular views, shame the kitchen was a bit on the small side, kitchen utensils not very clean, dirty rusty frying pans. Dirty behind drawers and bed, the whole place could have been cleaner. Pool was lovely but not very private. Hot tub could have been cleaner too. Car essential, big steep hills everywhere. Shame the weather was cloudy, 5 days before we saw Tiede, when the cloud burned away, Wow, what a view!
Lovely villa, loads of space, spectacular views which you just can't stop looking at. Weather wasn't brilliant for half of the week which is where the hot tub came in to it's own. Car is essential although there are 2 restaurants about 7 minutes walk away, albeit up hill, but easy going home. Good food at both and excellent wines at Casa Del Vino, which has a wine tasting room and option to buy the wines, and at reasonable prices, again views from both are stunning. A couple of miles away is Taccorante where you can go and get all your supplies and it even has a Lidl, again so cheap. We travelled to Puerto Del La Cruz which is only 20 mins away in the car and it is lovely, great atmosphere, plenty of shops and an old part to have a look around, thoroughly recommend a visit. Will visit again for definite. Thanks to Ana, the owner, nothing was too much trouble, we didn't have enough wine glasses so mentioned it to Ana and by that night we had a new set of 6. Perfect!
El Sauzal is a quiet village with many famous restaurants, situated midway from the tourist town of Puerto de la Cruz and the Capital, Santa Cruz, with its commercial wide option and its famous beach Las Teresitas.
