Welcome to BlueTideVillas!

This is a VERY spacious (950+ square feet), newly renovated and decorated, 1BR/1BA ocean view condominium with a private lanai to sit on and enjoy your favorite tropical drink. This is one of the BEST located condos in the Kahala complex and sits on the coveted greenbelt leaving just a few minute walk between you and the beach! Poipu Beach is Kauai's most desirable area and was recently rated the #1 beach in all of America. My unit is among one of the biggest one-bedroom condominiums you'll find in Poipu! The unit's size and internal layout provides spacious comfort for as many as 4, (additional space for small children) but can also work well and is priced perfectly for couples.

The condo is also professionally decorated by an island expert! We recently purchased all new furniture, linens, queen-size sleeper sofa, all new kitchen supplies, beach toys, artwork and decorations.

With the new furniture and remodel, this unit is essentially brand new.

The floor plan is all contained on the second floor with no interior stairs. (There are stairs leading up into the unit - no elevators).

High-speed wireless internet is available to stay connected should you choose to. Optional Air Conditioners (an additional $120 / week located in the family room and bedroom) will provide an icy cool-off in the bedroom after a full day under the sun. Extra sleeping is available on the brand new pullout queen size couch.

All beach stuff included! Chairs, floaties, coolers, boogie boards... we have it all!

From the lanai, you're only steps away from the impeccably maintained grounds, pool, spa, barbecue, tennis courts, and other entertainment areas.

The Kahala resort is in the center of the Poipu golf world and is within walking distance from Poipu Bay (former site of the Grand Slam). Kahala contains its own tennis facility and is under a 3-minute walk to Brennecke's Beach and a few minutes further to Poipu Beach. Poipu Beach is a top destination for toddlers & children because of its extremely calm and shallow water. This also makes it a top destination for snorkelers.

Great condo, nice view, superb beach next door

This is a nicely maintained, comfortable condo with gorgeous view of the ocean. Best bodyboarding beach just a stone throw away, that the kids truely loved. Would definitely stay again!

Family Fun In Amazing Location

Our family enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. The home is located in a great spot with a walking path to Poipu Beach and a deck that overlooks the water and tennis courts. Our family appreciated the close proximity to the pool and there were a variety of good food options nearby. The place had a well equipped kitchen, nice beach resources and was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the host’s attention to detail and prompt communication. We definitely can’t wait to go back and make some more fun memories. Definitely felt like paradise!

Perfect location

We greatly enjoyed our stay in paradise! The condo is as pictured, has a comfortable bed and plenty of space for our family of 4 with 2 young teenagers that slept on the pullout couch. I loved my morning coffee on the lanai and the beach chairs and cooler were great for day trips. Everything was close by and convenient. I would stay again.
