It is in the quaint Historic District of Breckenridge, walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Our house backs open space where in the summer you can take the biking/hiking trails all over the area.

Beautiful, Centrally Located Property in Breckenridge

Located in the heart of Breckenridge, this home offered everything that our family of six needed for a summertime stay: a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, laundry room, an outdoor grill and hot tub. The central location made access to Breckenridge activities and hiking a breeze! Gina, our host, answered questions promptly, and even assisted us with some restaurant recommendations. We will definitely look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful home close to everything!

This was my second stay at this property, my first was in the winter. This home is large enough for entertaining friends (with all the conveniences of home) and close enough to walk to everything. Literally, two blocks to "downtown" Breck, 10-minute walk to the BreckConnect Gondola. Only a few miles to some of the most beautiful trailheads. Additional public parking 1.5 blocks away. Market within walking distance. Private setting. Very clean.

Car: not necessary

Historic downtown Breckenridge.

The house is located on a quiet, residential street which provides easy walking distance to downtown. The newly renovated library, coffee shop and movie theater is 1 block away. Carter Park is 2 blocks away: with a great playground and dog park, sledding hill and tennis courts. There is a small grocery store 5 blocks away. City Market is further but still less than a mile away.

Getting around

Skiers can walk 1 block to catch the shuttle bus (PURPLE line) to the gondola, or, at the end of the day, can simply opt to walk 5 blocks home from the bottom of 4 o'clock run. Alternatively, one can pay to park a vehicle in the ski area lots.

The Summit Stage (2 blocks away) offers bus service throughout the county and to Copper Mountain, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin ski areas.
