This unique apartment furnished in minimalist style offers bright interior with double bedroom and a spacious terrace with loungers and outside seating area. Because of its central location Old Town Dubrovnik, restaurants and many attractions are a few minutes walk away while the terrace represents a great spot for relaxation overlooking green and peaceful environment.
The apartment features a queen bedroom with wardrobe, bathroom with shower, living room with a fold out sofa bed which can accommodate two extra people. There is a well equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine. From the living room glass doors slide onto a large terrace offering a table for four and sun loungers. In the building a short staircase (20-25 steps) leads up to the apartment which is located on the second floor. Amenities include AC, Wi-Fi, heated floors, SAT TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, full kitchen, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, safe deposit box; one parking place is available.
Hedera A1 is located in residential part of Pile-Kono area, just 7-10 minutes walk from historical Old Town. Nearest ATM, minimarket, bakery and café are 50 meters away. Beautiful Adriatic-sea and nearest beach are 300 meters away. It can be combined with a next door apartment, Hedera S1. It can also be combined with Villa Hedera, 50 meters away and Hedera S9 - 150 meters away. Combination of all these properties sleeps up to 16 guests, or 21 guests using sofa beds.
