Down Island Dream is a newly remodeled one bedroom/one bathroom villa located on the East End at Point Pleasant Villas in beautiful St Thomas.

The villa has been newly furnished and remodeled with all the amenities for an amazing vacation. Spend time out on the large, private wrap around balcony with views of Coki Point, Lindquist Beach, St John, Tortola and Jost Van Dyke, hence the name Down Island Dream! Enjoy the tropical breezes as you gaze into the many shades of sparkling blue of the Caribbean Sea.

On your way up the hill to your villa, you will see the most beautiful greenery and tropical flowers welcoming you to the complex. The villa is a short walk from your car and only a few steps down to the front door. Then, as you first walk into your island home, you will be greeted by cooling trade breezes and the most incredible views from every angle. You may not be able to resist staring into the water below and the islands beyond for a long time!

There is a view of the sea from every location of the home including the remodeled kitchen which has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and all the comforts of home. ...and of course a blender and ice maker in the freezer to make those refreshing tropical cocktails to enjoy on the balcony!

The remodeled bathroom includes a glass bowl sink and natural stone shower. We also provide complimentary toiletries for your stay to make more room for bathing suits!

Your island home will welcome you with rum, mixers, coffee and a few snacks to enjoy on the balcony. We know that travel day can be stressful and we want you to feel welcomed and relaxed the moment you arrive.

The resort is located on the East End of the island, within minutes of the best beaches on St Thomas. You may find it hard to leave the views on the balcony, but from the property location you can walk the beach in front of Margaritaville over to Coki Beach for great snorkeling. Coki Beach is also the home of Coral World and Dolphin Discovery both within walking distance. Lindquist Beach is less than 3 minutes away! Pack the provided beach items: the cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and snorkel gear and head out for a day in the sun. Or, just stay on property and enjoy the 3 pools, beautiful scenery and two restaurants. Snorkel on property at Sugar Beach and enjoy the intimate privacy of our small private stretch of sand. You can hike our nature trail as well, to discover the flora and fauna of the island. We are located on a hillside which helps to showcase the incredible views from all areas of the property. A courtesy on-site shuttle service is also available to take you around the property to all of the amenities if you prefer. Even though you are renting privately, you can utilize the resort lobby's mini-store and excursion booking services for your convenience and more island fun! To fully explore St. Thomas, we recommend renting a car - there is so much to see and do!

The location is convenient to Red Hook and the ferry dock. Red Hook is the home of so many restaurants and shops to visit and a full service grocery store. Or hop on a ferry to St John to explore the many beaches there.

Our condo is located at Point Pleasant Villas and is privately managed by us, Lisa and Bob- this is our home away from home where we vacation too! Don’t worry, we have an on-island representative to help us out. We are not part of the on-site rental program. Our Guests have use of the location amenities including the 3 pools, 2 restaurants, on-site shuttle and Captain's lounge where you will find brochures for activities. We can also recommend Charter Boat Excursions, Fishing Excursions and provide you with a great welcome package to give you our favorites!
