Historical setting with beautiful mountain views

2 double bedrooms 2 bathrooms and extra sofa to sleep 5 in total. Beautifully designed with large terrace for outside dining with incredible mountain views. Downstairs sofa and tv room with 1 double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom a few steps up with second bathroom.

On thé top level is the beautiful living room and kitchen leading to outdoor terrace with table and chairs..

This property has internal stone steps and is on 2 levels with other terraces on different levels.

Colletta is perfect for rest and relaxation.. Colletta nestles between the foothills of the Italian Alps and the Mediterranean coast where you are perfectly situated to explore this beautiful area. Restaurant bar,cafe and small shop on site + superb swimming pool. Only 20 minutes drive to the vibrant towns and beaches of Alassio and Albenga. 30 minutes to the fashionable busy San Remo.20 minutes to largest golf course Garlenda .20 minutes to water park at Ceriale. 10 minutes to rock pool. 60 minutes to ski resorts.

Colletta has been restored to an extremely high level taking it back to its 12th century roots. This means that most walking surfaces are uneven therefore you will need to be able-footed. Within its restoration high speed internet and satellite links have been incorporated. Once you park your car you will approach Colletta by foot (only a couple of minutes walk). Flat shoes are required and luggage will need to be compact to enable you to navigate your way to your apartment.

Opening of pool is 15 May to late September .A separate laundry room with 4 good sized washing machines and 2 industrial sized dryers are located close to the apartments

This property will remain among my best holiday memories. Maxine and her team have been so helpful before and during our stay.

They answered all our requests. The place is beautiful, the house is located close to the beautiful pool. Don't worry... It's quiet!! There's also access to a beautiful beach not far from Castelbianco for there people, I don't remember the name of the beach bar, just ask to the staff.

Cards offering walks, according the physical level, in the hills are available at the reception of the village. So much to say about this amazing place where you'll meet a nice clientele from Italy, England, Belgium, France ...

So great!!!

Cet endroit restera parmi mes meilleurs souvenirs de vacances.

Maxine et son équipe ont su répondre à toutes nos demandes et questions avant et pendant notre séjour.

Une superbe plage privée appartenant à un bar situé à 20 minutes du village où les vacanciers de Castelbianco ont un accès privilégié...

La piscine du village avec sa vue incroyable...

L'agréable clientèle du village où se côtoient anglais belges français et italiens...

Le café du village avec sa supérette...

Les fêtes qui ont lieu le soir sur la petite place...

Les agriturismos sont en nombres aux alentours...

The 13th century borgo of Colletta is situated 20 minutes inland from the beautiful beaches and towns of Alassio and Albenga. It is accessed via a well maintained good sized road. We have local restaurants and some small shops within a few minutes drive or a short walk.We are surrounded by the mountains with the most stunning views.
