A wonderful return visit
This is our second time staying at the Lewes and Clark beach house. Our family (3 generations) loved its proximity to the beach and old town Lewes as well as how comfortable and well supplied the house was with amenities and entertainment.
The owners Mina and Greg have always been hospitable and gracious. We can’t wait to come back!
Perfect house for our family!
I can’t say enough good things about this property. The house had something for everyone- we stayed with my son and my 8 year old granddaughter, 18 year old daughter and her friend and my almost 80 year old mother in law . We all had plenty of space and places to go to be alone or together when it suited us. The out door dining area was great for our meals. We walked to the beach and I was able to take beautiful shots of the sunset the first night!! (I’m a photographer) We are hoping to come back another year. We have rented houses near the beach before and this is by far our favorite!
The house had large bedrooms with plenty of room for all of our guests. The screened patio was perfect for eating meals or letting our young children play (ages 1-3). The location was by far the best part - truly steps from the beach, which was ideal for a beach vacation with toddlers. We could come and go from the beach easily with just a stroller or wagon and didn't need to pack up the car each time.
Thank you for staying at the Lewes and Clark Beach House. We would be delighted to have you stay again.
Our stay at the Clark’s Lewes Beach House form September 26 – September 30 was FANTASTIC! The house is exquisitely furnished and the kitchen is for a world-class chef. There are many setting areas, including two screened in porches providing a lovely escape to relax or read. Walk across the quiet street past two houses and you are on the beautiful and pristine Lewes Beach. We even watched dolphins playing. We really enjoyed the local Ice Cream, restaurants, shopping and our walking tour of the Lewes downtown area. What an incredible visit. We cannot wait to return to the Clark’s Lewes Beach House.
This house is a gem!
This house was absolutely ideal for our group over the Labor Day weekend (4 nights). We had two families with 5 kids total (youngest is age 4).
Cannot say enough positive things about this vacation house. It has a fantastic floor plan with four very large bedrooms and another room that would make a comfortable bedroom if needed. We all had the privacy and space we needed. The two huge screened- in porches were amazing; the attention to detail and the finishes in the house were noticed by all of us (outdoor shower was fantastic!). We were steps to the beach so location was perfect.
We would happily choose this house again for a vacation. Mina was so easy to work with and we all felt very comfortable!!!
We used the linen service mentioned in the listing and they were fantastic too.

Loved every minute!
This home - by far - is the nicest that my family has ever stayed in. We had three generations (age 13 to 63) and we all enjoyed ourselves. The home has all the supplies you could want, the rooms were spacious, and the main living area was ginormous. The walk to the beach was quick & easy. We explored some new places in Lewes since we were so close. Already looking forward to next year!
