About Roger Skimaniac

We the owners are a small family probably like yourselves, mom dad, daughter (9) & son (7). We live in Spain & also enjoy our ski holidays at this apartment. The children really enjoy the 1000 sq.ft. private terrace patio, playing with the snow or a ballgame in summer. You can also sunbathe 312 days a year.

Why Roger Skimaniac chose Andorra

The apartment is located in the first line of Grandvalira ski domain. Nothing compared to waking up & see-through the dorm window glittering sunlight popping up between the snowy mountains. The entire apartment is exterior, exceptional views of the mountain from both the main bedroom & the living room.

What makes this apartment unique

Soldeu means THE GOD OF SUN. No snowy mountains or no ski domain has 312 days of bright sun.The apartment is frontly opened, no obstacles nearby, it's the first line of the mountain (see photos), so the sun accompanies you mostly every morning, let it be -10º or +15.

parfait !! logement agréable, bien equipé

logement conforme à la description ,bien equipé ,internet wifi , lave linge.... bien situé pistes pour débutants et ecole de ski parador canaro (le personnel est sympathique et agréable ), à proximité restaurants location de materiel de ski, andorre environ 35 mns pas de la casa 20 mns. Propriétaire sympathique bonne organisation pour la remise des clés .

Rien a redire si ce n'est à l année prochaine et merci pour tout ..

A great family apartment!

The apartment was just as described! Great to have two bedrooms. All modern conveniences - dishwasher/microwave. Great to have WiFi especially with a teenage son! Great access to both Soldeu and El Tartar resorts. Handy having a car but not essential. Soldeu walkable in the evening taking about 10-15 minutes. Easy drive from Barcelona airport (3 hours). Roger very helpful with booking. Highly recommend this great resort and apartment!

"Great little apartment. Perfect for a family of four. Wonderful views towards the mountains. I would suggest you ahve your own vehicle to get around, but not essential.

Roger couldn't have been more helpful in makng our stay so pleasant.

I would reccomend this place to anyone

The Sunniest apartment on a ski resort. 312 days a year of sun. South/East oriented for perfect sunny wake-ups. Ideally located in the peaceful valley of Inlces. Just 900 yards from Soldeu Ski Gondola lifts, same distance from El Tarter. Sleep peacefully away from noisy Soldeu pubs. Great mountain view from most of the apt. windows. 1000 sq.ft of terrace-lounge, sun tanning possible even in winter.
