Be on the Beach in less than 5 minute walk on bike path. Our property is right on beautiful Oyster Lake with the Gulf in the background. Note that our townhome is on the South or lake side of our development so you don't have to look into neighbors across the road like other units in our community.

This property has three Levels.

Top Floor: huge Master Suite with a King bed, Master Bath (with 2 showers) and an adjoining balcony that has amazing Lake and Gulf Views, second Bedroom with two Queen Beds and full bath and balcony. Laundry closet also on this floor.

Main Level: Great Room with Full Glass windows and sliding glass door leading to outside deck overlooking Oyster Lake and Gulf, 3rd bedroom with a Queen bed, full bath and balcony, large, updated kitchen with granite counters and updated stainless steel appliances.

First floor: Massive 4th bedroom with two Queen beds and full bath, outside deck with barbeque and garage. Community Pool literally next door! We provide beach chairs and pretty much all the necessities.

Perfect Week at the Beach

We loved this property. Being on the lake and so close to the beach was perfect. Very easy walk (about 5 min) to the beach. We brought a utility wagon and it was a breeze to bring everything we needed. The property was clean and well stocked. We loved the multiple balconies. We rented bikes for the week and it was an easy ride to food and coffee at Gulf Place. Owner was great and provided all the information we needed to make our stay worry free.

Great house for a large group. Only draw back was all the steps! 30 in all from entrance to Master bedroom! Also would recommend more towels. There were 7 of us, and only 7 towels. Overall, I would recommend this home. It had all the essentials needed for a great stay!

Great Family Vacation

We had a great time there. It fit our family perfectly. The beach was a short 5 minute walk and the pool is right next door. Everything was very clean. Owner was quick to respond everytime I texted him.

Our family of seven lives in Colorado. We've enjoyed our cherished vacations on the Emerald Coast for many years. This is a family home designed with a family in mind. We take great pride in keeping our place clean for our guests and we in turn, look for guests that will treat our home as they would their own. Because of this, we only rent our unit out for a limited number of weeks per year.

Why they chose this property

This property is really spacious with 2,600 square feet, four large bedrooms and four baths. Two of the rooms have two queen beds in each. One of the great features is its close proximity to the beach, just a five minute walk on the bike path. We have all the beach gear you'll need. If you decide you've had enough beach time, our community pool (not heated) is a refreshing alternative in the summer months. it's literally next door to us. Of course, the views from any of the three level decks is breathtaking. We never get tired looking at the lake with the Gulf in the background. Its a hard combination to beat!

What makes this property unique

Our swing on the main level deck is a pretty nice place to relax as you admire the lake, palm trees and Gulf. Listen to the frogs serenading you at night is also pretty special.
