Perfect, fenced executive home with garden and dock

This property is beautiful. It has panoramic views of Flathead Lake, Wild Horse Island, Chief Cliff and the Mission Mountains. The home features an oversized master bedroom with a king sized bed, walk in closet and personal bathroom. The guest bedroom has a trundle bed (a twin day bed with a pull out second twin underneath), and adjoins the main bathroom on the first floor. The loft is outfitted with another king sized bed, plus a fold down couch, tv, office and the third full bathroom, plus a deck overlooking the lake. There is a large deck wrapping around the front of the home, facing the lake, with awnings and railings. Pavers line the patio area which features a pergola - perfect for dining outside on beautiful afternoons and evenings. The property encompasses a garden, several fruit trees, ponderosa, scotch and lodge pole pine, blue spruce and juniper trees, and is easily accessed right off of highway 93 in Big Arm. There is a restaurant within walking distance (2 minutes) right next to the property. Wild Horse Island is just offshore, right in the middle of Big Arm Bay on Flathead Lake.

Would not recommend to anyone especially if you are a younger renter
My mother rented this property for my 21st birthday to have fun with my friends and family. We had hopes of enjoying a fun weekend on flathead lake but our weekend was quickly ruined. The owner made me sign an additional contract that included my mother's credit card info and my social security number. The owner threatened to “terminate the rental” if we did not give him the credit card information. The owner also included several rules within the contract that were not listed within his ad online. This included stipulations such as how many visitors I could have at the home and the hours when they could visit, 3 cars were only allowed in the driveway at 1 time, and cleaning expectations. Many of my guests parked on the street next to the home which is public parking, however the owner then complained about the number of vehicles that were there even though we abided by his rule of 3 vehicles in the driveway at all times. We spent most of our hours on the boat that we rented to avoid being within the home and exceeding the visitor limits and times. The owner was seen multiple times by both me and my guests on the property and even walked into the home unannounced to have me sign the contract and always claiming that we had more visitors on the property than allowed. We were even photographed by someone in the yard while we were relaxing on the deck in our bathing suits. My cousin notified the owner about this and our concerns. The owner seemed unconcerned by this and never stopped by the property to investigate. The owner even stated “you are a kid turning 21 in our expensive rental home with no supervision.” Following checkout the owner agreed we did a reasonable job cleaning up but continued to complain about parking, visitors, and claims that had absolutely zero integrity. The home was very nice but I would never recommend this rental to anyone due to the treatment me, my guests, and my mother received.
