3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Sleeping up to 6 adults and a small child or baby.

This modern spacious house which is furnished throughout to a high standard is part of a small select complex of only 8 houses located in the chic resort of Cala d'Or.

It has a light and airy atmosphere having good sized rooms with patio doors opening out from the lounge onto the large partially covered private terrace which is ideal for al-fresco dining and sunbathing whilst overlooking the good sized communal swimming pool and landscaped gardens. There is also a large private side terrace and BBQ for al-fresco dining and sunbathing.

The house has free Wi- Fi available and a private drive for off-road parking.

The house is only a 5 minute stroll to the centre of Cala Egos where there is a large selection of restaurants, bars, shops, children's activity area, booking agents for numerous excursions around Mallorca, some of which are seasonal and ATM cash points.

It is only a 10 minute stroll to the beaches of Cala Egos and Cala de Sa Galera and the spectacular marina of Cala d'Or which has numerous restaurants overlooking the marina.

Additional Information on Cala Egos: Information on airport transfers to the house and car hire either from the airport or actually in Cala d'Or can be provided on request.

Within a 5 minute stroll there are 3 supermarkets, cash points, public telephone, numerous small bars and restaurants, children's play area (which includes go-carting, mini-golf trampolining etc), car hire, taxi rank, bus stop and novelty tourist train into Cala d'Or town centre, cycle and car hire shops. There are also several booking agents for arranging excursions to nature parks,glass bottomed boats, dolphinarium and water parks etc (many of the above are seasonal). There is a regular air conditioned bus service to Palma and most other major towns on Mallorca with the bus stop only a 2 to 3 minute stroll from the house.

There is also a Pharmacy for any minor medical problems located in Cala Egos.

During the peak season of June, July, August and September the changeover day is Saturday, for all other times it is negotiable.

For the sports enthusiast, there is a large sports centre with a large indoor swimming pool and a fully equipped gymnasium only 2 minutes away and floodlit tennis courts at the Cala d'Or Tennis Club are located only a 5 minute stroll away.

Scuba diving can be arranged at several locations in Cala d'Or or in the adjacent small coastal village of Porto Petro.

Porto Petro is a delightful village with it's own small marina and selection of restaurants, it is only a 20 to 30 minute stroll or 5 minute car ride from the house.

Notes:
The master and second twin bedrooms are located on the first floor and each has en-suite facilities. The master bedroom has king sized bed, a private roof terrace which also provides access to the main roof terrace. The master bedroom en-suite has a shower, bath, WC, bidet, twin washbasins, and a hair dryer is also provided. The second bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. The second bedroom en-suite has a shower, WC and washbasin. The third twin bedroom is located on the ground floor with the third bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, bath, WC and washbasin. All bedrooms and the lounge have views overlooking the gardens and pool area. The remaining ground floor accommodation consists of a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, dining room and a large living room with two sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped including a toaster, cafetiere and juicer etc. A large table, 6 chairs, 6 sunbeds & BBQ are provided on the terraces.

Lovely, spacious, clean villa. Perfect.

The villa is perfect. Close to restaurants, bars and a couple of beaches. Easy walk into the marina. The location is so quiet. The villa is well equipped and the pool is well kept and lovely to swim in. Sue was very helpful and happy to answer all our queries. We had a great time and hope to return soon.

Brilliant family holiday

We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely house which was more than big enough for us and our adult children. The setting was perfect and the pool ideal. We had it mostly to ourselves. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants and the lovely marina, no car needed. Two beaches also in walking distance.

The owner, Sue, was really easy to communicate with and sent excellent directions and information. We will definitely return. Fabulous place.

A perfect holiday in a lovely home from home

We knew roughly what to expect as we had stayed in the area previously in other properties, but this was even better than we had expected and gave us a great base for our holiday.The house and photos are exactly as we found the house, and it was a very clean and well presented. The small welcome pack of essentials was an added bonus and meant that we didn't need to run off to the shops straight away.

The house had everything that we could possibly need, and in fact we were so comfortable that we ended up staying at the house and around the pool more than we had imagined. The pool and gardens were very clean and tidy, and we made good use of the BBQ too! It is also very well positioned to be able to walk into Cala Egos and the Marina - we hired a car but we could have easily managed without one.

Sue was very helpful and her contact was appropriate and timely, which was very reassuring.

We do like to stay in the Cala Egos area, and I am sure that we will be going back to this property when we do.

Brilliant Holiday

The house was exactly as described with excellent accommodation and beautiful garden and pool everything was in immaculate order with everything provided for an easy and comfortable stay. The house is a short walk from Cala Egos which has a well stocked supermarket and plenty of very nice restaurants and bars. The location is perfect for a totally relaxing holiday and would highly recommend.

Best Holiday Ever!

Perfect accommodation, location and weather. Couldn't have asked for more. No need for a car as all bars, restaurants and shops etc are within easy walking distance. Lovely walk around the Marina to Cala d'Or. Would recommend the 60mph speed boat trip - brilliant fun. Probably the best holiday we've very had and hope to return in the future.

Everything we were hoping for

Wonderfully comfortable accommodation fully equipped for everything you may need.. Easy walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops so a car need not be necessary.Beautifully kept grounds and swimming pool. Very peaceful area and will definitely come again. We highly recommend it.

The chic resort of Cala d'Or lies on the South East coast of Mallorca approximately 40-45 mins from the large modern airport of Palma. Cala d'Or is a purpose built resort originating from a small fishing village and yet still retains a quiet relaxing atmosphere. The resort has now spread over approximately 4km of seven small pine fringed sandy coves but still has the feeling of a small village due to the carefully managed building controls which include a limit on building height. The house is but a 20 minute walk to the centre of Cala d'Or passing the spectacular marina. Although you do not require a car in the resort, a car would enable you to explore the island and take in it's history and architecture whilst enjoying the breathtaking views.

Other Activities: indoor swimming pool with gymnasium and children's activity area with mini go carting, mini golf, trampoline etc,

Golf: With warm weather all year round, the best time for golfers to visit this glorious island is outside the main holiday season when the summer holiday crowds have diminished. There are 7 golf courses within a 10 to 55 minute journey by car and all offer the hire of golf clubs and trolleys etc. All require handicap certificates and some of the more challenging courses apply handicap limits. Soft spikes are required at all courses and booking tee times is recommended, particularly during peak season periods.
